The location along the main pedestrian shopping street was ideal, yet my room faced a tiny side street so it was quiet. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I liked having a good coffee maker in the room. The staff was helpful and friendly.
It is a common complaint for me that hotel mattresses are usually too firm so I end up with shoulder pain.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre pedestrianised shopping are, with restaurants and bars very nearby (but not noisy at night). Staff helpful.
The car park is a few hundred yards away and we had lots of luggage. We were 2 floors up so it would have been very nice to have a lift but it's only stairs.
Breakfast was not included but we were given excellent cafes close by
I think that what was provided was what I required and Alex was most helpful, especially when translating medicines that I had been provided, into ~english.

Excellent location, friendly staff, modern and clean rooms. It was very quiet although my room was close to the reception, also facing the street.
Slow bathroom drain. Aircon not the best.

Debido a su situación quizá si duermes con las ventanas abiertas oigas algo de ruido de la calle
No tiene ascensor, lo avisan al reservar y es normal debido al tipo de edificio pero si es importante para tí tenlo en cuenta
