The hotel is perfectly located in the historic center of Plovdiv, right on the pedestrian street (Knyaz Alexander I Street - Glavnata), which is filled with restaurants and shops. Private paid parking is available (15 EUR/night) about 100 meters away, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. For those arriving in Plovdiv by car, having parking is essential, as street parking in the historic center is very difficult, even paying.
As it is an old building, the hotel does not have an elevator.
We were lucky enough to be offered a room upgrade. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as slippers, coffee, tea and two complimentary bottles of water. The shower had great water pressure, and the Wi-Fi connection was very reliable.
The staff was extremely helpful and always available to assist. Although the hotel doesn't offer a breakfast service, the team promptly recommended a great nearby spot for us to eat.
I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to spend a few days in Plovdiv.

Location is perfect. Easy to find. Rooms are clean, silent and well decorated. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. They helped us for the car parking reservation and breakfast options.
