Nothing
It’s nothing like the pictures that they loaded
Only bonus to this place was access to the beach
This place is awful. They post nice photos but the actual hotel is in bad shape. Our room had peeling paint on the ceilings, a door that couldn’t shut, an air conditioner with a hole to the outside , and a hole in the shower stall panel. You could hear and smell everything from the other rooms and they had the audacity to count how many people were staying in our room and charge me an extra fee for an additional adult and a resort fee. Would not recommend!
Location
Woman at front desk was not very nice. Rooms said non smoking but my room was very clearly smoked in. Parking in the underground parking lot was extremely small and had almost 2 accidents because there is only one way in and out so only one car can access it at one time.
On the ocean
Smelled marijuana our whole stay
Right on the beach and the staff were very friendly
The property was clean a few bugs but overall clean
The staff was friendly.
Roaches bad . Got bit by something made me break out. The location . The water pressure was horrible.
The View
The parking was terrible!!
Location
Room was not like picture it was old rust paint piling and smell like weed .. fights in hallways
Price. Location
Filthy floors
The location was nice and so was the front desk staff!
The rooms are gross honestly. Doors in room look like someone had broken in or attempted to. Weird creepy dead bolted doors in room. Toilet literally moved across the floor when my five-year-old sat on it. Tub/shower gross. One bed was only half in front of headboard lol. Balcony with chipping and peeling paint on walls and ceilings. Tv lopsided on wall. Just a mess honestly. Woken up at like 4:30 to; what I assume where hotel employees, having a loud conversation but it lasted for like over an hour (which is why I assumed employees).
Location and price was good
Place was pretty run down looking and lower parking garage was absolute hell to get in and out of
It wasn't right in the middle of the commotions

Location was great and views from our balcony made the hotel a great buy. It is being renovated and you can see they had hurricane damage but staff were friendly, professional, accommodating and when you needed something curious and responsive. Its alot of buck for your money. The views were spectacular and we would go back!
It was a dated property but like I said it was being renovated and very clean. The views were worth it! I could have paid over $300 a night at the highrise property next door and not gotten the incredible sunsets beaming into our room. My family enjoyed the beach and our sunsets and sunrises right off our balcony. It was a win win!
