Good for an impromptu beach night stay. Think gas station bathroom standards!
Pros:

The location was nice and so was the front desk staff!

Cons:

The rooms are gross honestly. Doors in room look like someone had broken in or attempted to. Weird creepy dead bolted doors in room. Toilet literally moved across the floor when my five-year-old sat on it. Tub/shower gross. One bed was only half in front of headboard lol. Balcony with chipping and peeling paint on walls and ceilings. Tv lopsided on wall. Just a mess honestly. Woken up at like 4:30 to; what I assume where hotel employees, having a loud conversation but it lasted for like over an hour (which is why I assumed employees).

Great views that can't be beat!
Pros:

Location was great and views from our balcony made the hotel a great buy. It is being renovated and you can see they had hurricane damage but staff were friendly, professional, accommodating and when you needed something curious and responsive. Its alot of buck for your money. The views were spectacular and we would go back!

Cons:

It was a dated property but like I said it was being renovated and very clean. The views were worth it! I could have paid over $300 a night at the highrise property next door and not gotten the incredible sunsets beaming into our room. My family enjoyed the beach and our sunsets and sunrises right off our balcony. It was a win win!

The ocean view but I asked for front and was put on the side of the hotel

Cons:

The staff was very rude and it was extremely hot in the office and halls with no ac at all. I got a room the first time and was given someone else's room that was already staying there until I got a new room and the room I got wasnt fully cleaned nor the pillows had pillows cases even after being told someone fix it but they never did. The next day asked for extra towels just to get complete additude and no towels brought to me. I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel and will be letting people know not to book any rooms with yall with the way we was treated.

It was on the beach

Cons:

Nasty our beds was dirty took us til 6 pm to get clean beds they wasn’t even made when we checked in. It took us til 9 pm that night just to get towels and wash clothes our room was nasty one of the cleaning ladies was very run when we ask for help. Someone else personal belongings was left in the room we had to take them to front desk. One of our beds had a dry blood stain on it they just covered it with a sheet. I won’t be stay again.
