Pésimo lugar para quedarse por ese precio elevado

- Personal atento

Cons:

- Desayuno MUY simple (huevo, pan y café). No es nada como describen “fabuloso”.
- El precio es muy elevado para ese tipo de habitaciones que son muy encerradas y sin ventanas a la calle
- Cobran 6% adicional al pagar con tarjeta de crédito
- No tienen terminal de pago. Debes dar todos tus datos confidenciales de la tarjeta para que la recepcionista procese el pago.
- Ubicación pésima. Queda a 2 calles del malecón pero en el trayecto de esas dos calles te puede pasar cualquier cosa porque son muy oscuras y llenas de habitantes de calle y vendedores ambulantes
- Se oye mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones
- Sábanas con manchas

A nice new hotel that needs some amenities.
Pros:

The hotel is in close proximity to the Malecon 2000. It is new and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC worked great. The breakfast was nice. It had the bare necessities. the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room has no desk to work at. It has one unused plug in the entire room. The shower is half open and water splatters on the floor but there is no floor towel. Across the street is a disco that gets loud until the wee hours of the morning on the weekend. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room. Must pay cash when you arrive - credit cards are not accepted.

A comfortable stay!
Pros:

This is a well located, comfortable, very clean hotel. The staff were excellent; the bed was comfortable; breakfast was good and the WiFi was reliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
