Bathroom door can’t closed, aircond temperature remote broke

bed was spoilt, tv had no connection.

电梯有异味，楼道有蜘蛛网，毛巾肮脏，冷气不冷，很闷，香烟味会通过通风管道进入房间

Everything could have been better. To name a few,
1. They did not clean the bedsheets, and the blanket, how would I know? There is hair, on top and underneath the blanket/sheets, on the pillows as well. There are black spots on the pillowcases too. Luckily I brought my own bedsheets to cover everything. Even after changing rooms, hair can still be found on the bed, the hair type is different from the one found in the previous room.

2. They did not clean the bathroom, there is mold everywhere (see attached pictures).

3. They did not clean the floor, the floor panels are sticky, to the point where I didn't even want to take off my shoes.

4. They did not clean the corridors, there is dirt and stains along the corridors and produces a musty smell.

5. The room doors are not secure. Normally, if you lock your door from the inside, people from the outside shouldn't be able to enter, even with a keycard, however, in this case, even if the door is locked from the inside (thumb turn locks), someone with a keycard can still open it from the outside. Meaning, even if i had locked the door from the inside, the cleaner or janitor with a master keycard can still unlock the door from the outside, they won't even notice it was locked (it's just that easy!)

6. The location is near a dead end so not many cars would enter, there is a men-only massage parlor next to the hotel, there are shady-looking people sitting outfront, it did not feel safe to park my car there.

Overall, the hotel is dirty and musty af, it states that it is a 3-star hotel but I doubt it. If you are a female and alone please do not take the risk, it is not worth it.
