Pleasant stay in light and spacious apartment, convenient for beach and city centre.
Pros:

Good location, close to tram stop to get to beach and only about 20mins walk to city centre. Easy access with code for door. Apartment was more spacious than we had expected. Both bedrooms are a good size plus the mezzanine floor bed area was fine for a teen.

Cons:

Quite a bit of black mould on the ceiling in shower room (everything else very clean and tidy). We were lucky to get an on street parking space outside the building but it was very expensive. The recommended parking garage nearby was fully booked.

Uitstekende communicatie en brandschone kamer
Pros:

De communicatie met LVM STAYS was snel en helder, wat het inchecken super eenvoudig maakte. De kamer was perfect schoon en tot in de details verzorgd – een heel prettig verblijf! Ik kom zeker terug

Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans l'hôtel. FIASCO complet pour cet Apparthotel. A ne pas recommander

Je n'ai pu séjourner dans l'appartement : impossible de récupérer les codes d'accès et N° de l'appartement à partir de l'application sur mon téléphone. Le N° donné en cas de problème ne répond pas (appelé X fois !). Le courriel envoyé a reçu une réponse 6h après !!!
C'était 18h... Nous avons pris un hôtel, et y sommes restés.

Tolle zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig, Restaurants und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft

Parken sehr teuer, besser ohne Auto anreisen. Das Bett hätte komfortabler sein können

Er stond een mooie grote tv
Alleen jammer dat alleen de betaalzenders op stonden
Dus geen nl 1 2 of 3 rtl of sbs
Dat was namelijk fijner geweest met het slechte weer

Verder waren ze bij aankomst alles nog aan het schoonmaken, stofzuigen en gingen ze daarna alles dweilen waardoor we natte voeten hadden als we ons verplaatsten

Het slot van 1 raam had ik bij het opendoen los in mijn handen

it was "somewhat" beat-up
too many steps to lug your heavy luggage around
not really clean
mattress needs replacement.
