It was in the right area to be in to get ready for the cruise
Things that I did not like was the wallpapers was coming off in the hallways down in the front where there’s wallpapers that made a mural that that’s coming apart. The breakfast was horrible because they didn’t have anything out there. The only thing you could eat was either Cyril cold sausage, cold eggs. It was horrible.
Would like bagels and a little more variety
View
The front desk lady was amazing. We really did love her excellent customer service and professionalism.
The food was terrible. Watery eggs were tasteless.
The price was ok
Location
Property had adequate parking and close to where we needed to be. The lady and the front desk (Kiesha maybe?) was very nice and helpful to the guest and us in swapping rooms. She was the best part of the stay.
The first room we were in was extremely dirty. Blood stains on the mattress, the room smelled like dog pee and was musty. There were dirty feet prints on the bed where someone was standing, and hair all over one of the beds and pillow. The floors were really dirty and stained. The bathroom seemed ok but still didn’t look like it had been cleaned well. I swapped rooms and the second room was better but there was mold growing in the ceiling corner from a leak. They had a big fan pointed up towards it to try and dry it out. The towels in the bathroom all smelled like syrup?? The bath mat was dirty and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod. I stay in hotels in west Texas / New Mexico oilfield towns all the time and have never been in one this bad.
Great location, close to where we were having an event
A/C went out during the night, room temp was 80. Reported it to the front desk and was told they would change our room. Got back to the hotel and was told there were no rooms available. Desk clerk wanted to put a big fan in the room but it was too loud. She finally found us a king suite with sofa bed.
Convenient and easy to locate.
Security locks on garage entrance door broken. Not enough parking. At breakfast, coffee was at a separate counter away from coffee bar. This is minor, but broken lock on garage entrance door is unacceptable leaving it accessible for anyone to enter.
It was clean and nice
The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. They weren’t rude, just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. As a person who has worked the front desk for numerous hotels, friendly attitude at the front desk is very important to me.
Friendly and clean
Parking
The access is great. Room was good.
Check in person not friendly. Only 2 tissues in box with no reserve. Price has really gone up.
