Convenient location makes up for some of the problems.
Pros:

It was nice to have a room with two beds. I was glad the AC worked.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I stood at the front desk and waited for 15 minutes to be helped. When I checked in and went to my room, there was already people in my room. The breakfast was all gone when I went down and they still had over an hour left to serve breakfast.

Front desk staff, clean room, delicious breakfast, cruise parking

Cons:

The swimming pool lounge chairs were in terrible condition. The canvas material was torn so bad that they could not be used.

Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast every single a/m and the pool was great for the kids. Great location, right off of the hwy. In between the beach and the shops

Cons:

Was "accidentally" put in a room with no a/c, it was 91 degrees outside. We had to move at 10pm because we were burning up! It also took about 45 min for check-in & we had to ask for trash take-out & towels DAILY
