Excelente opción para pasar unos días en Mérida! La atención muy cordial y amable.
Lugar tranquilo y muy céntrico.
El cuarto donde nos quedamos está muy bien amplio, iluminado y excelente para relajarse.

El hotel es pequeño pero muy a gusto, el personal muy atento, hay servicio de café todo el día, los cuartos muy limpios y modernos, la alberca es muy pequeña, solo como para refrescarte, el hotel está un poco lejos de el centro , no tan cerca como para llegar caminando, en términos generales estuve a gusto, la calidad precio estuvo acorde.

La limpieza excepcional, alrededores muy tranquilos, el hotel está en zona céntrica se puede trasladar a pie en la misma, la atención del personal muy atentos.

Room was very clean, had air conditioning and a comfy bed. Service was outstanding, they accommodated an early check in when we showed up and were helpful with all requests we had. We were able to park our truck with pop up camper under the carport, and although not entirely secure, it worked perfectly for us. Was a lovely place to stay!

Property was clean, comfortable beds,friendly staff.A bit hard to find as Hotel had no sign and it’s in a residential area. Surrounding area is old, but felt safe.

El hotel es muy bonito, silencioso, seguro y limpio, si tiene estacionamiento, te regalan café, agua, té y galletas, está cerca del centro y la ubicación es buena. Como aréa de oportunidad mejorar las almohadas, cambiarlas.

No hay personal laborando todo el fin de semana.

Amenities are very basic, but the property is very beautiful and the personnel is great.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is only a 15 minute walk from the main square in center city Mérida. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Hotel needs to install hanger bars in the cabinets.

Una agradable sorpresa, este hotelito boutique te sorprende con su diseño muy bien acaparado en una casa antigua, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, me encantó su baño, el piso y la regadera amplia. Nos quedamos en una suite sobre la recepción pero las habitaciones que dan al jardín son igual de bonitas. Su lobby es una excelente área de reunion.
Con una excelente ubicación prácticamente caminando de restaurantes y atracciones del centro de la ciudad.
Muy buena atención de Paula y de la chica que nos atendió con un delicioso café. Definitivamente recomendable y muy buena opción para visitar la ciudad con amigos y familia.

Friendly service, very well informe and guide of my needs

Great location within walking distance of lots of good places! Comfortable bed, clean rooms and well maintained property. This quite little boutique is close to everything without feeling like you’re in the middle of it all. The rooms are smaller and may seem like they are missing thinks like a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge but you can find everything you need in the rather welcoming lobby. We found it to be a great value for the price and the quiet, laidback hotel to be a great place to work remotely during our stay.

The best hotel! definitely the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in! The front desk and housekeeping girls are very friendly and always willing to help. Merida is without a doubt a beautiful place full of culture and DELICIOUS food, it should definitely be on your bucket list! The hotel is simply perfect, it is a small boutique hotel that despite not being as centric as others is just a few minutes walk from Paseo de Montejo and the main attractions in Merida, the people here are always very friendly and the advantage is that it is a hotel in a quiet area so the rest is just great. They have an indoor garden and a beautiful pool and the lobby area to say nothing of it. They don't offer breakfast but what a surprise they gave us when they offered us fresh bread and coffee every day, a great touch.
I will be back in a few months without hesitation!
