המלון משלב בין רמה גבוהה מאוד של חדרים, עם שירות יוצא דופן לטובה, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת ונוף מקסים של הגנים הבהאים מצד אחד ומצד שני מפרץ חיפה, כאשר נמצאים במרחק הליכה ממסעדות ואטרקציות רבות
הבריכה אמנם קטנה אך יש בה אווירה נהדרת ונוחה וכך גם ברופ טופ ממנו רואים את כל הנוף
מעלה מיוחדת ליונתן מנהל השירות, שדואג לעבור בין כולם ולוודא שכולם ייהנו מהשהות במלון, תודה לך ולצוות הנפלא במקום

מלון מושלם! אחד המלונות הטובים ביותר שהתארחנו בהם בארץ. פנינה אמיתית בלב חיפה, במיקום מצוין ונוח.

המלון חדש, מטופח ומוקפד עד לפרטים הקטנים ביותר. כבר מרגע ההגעה מרגישים יחס חם, אישי ואכפתי, כזה שבאמת גורם לך להרגיש רצוי.

ברצוננו לציין במיוחד את יונתן, שהעניק לנו שירות יוצא דופן. הוא גרם לנו להרגיש בבית, היה קשוב לכל בקשה, אדיב, מקצועי וזמין לאורך כל השהות. אנשים כאלה הם בדיוק מה שעושה את ההבדל בין מלון טוב לחוויה בלתי נשכחת.

כל צוות המלון היה נחמד, מסביר פנים ושמח לעזור, והאווירה החיובית מורגשת בכל מקום. המלון נקי מאוד, החדרים מרווחים, מפוארים ונוחים, וכל המתקנים ברמה גבוהה.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת – מבחר עשיר של גבינות, מעדנים ומוצרים איכותיים וטריים, ברמה שלא פוגשים בכל מקום.

כבר המלצנו על המלון לחברים, ואין ספק שנחזור להתארח בו שוב. תודה על חוויה נהדר

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience. The hotel itself has a warm and pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place to relax. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. We felt very welcome throughout our visit and would happily stay here again.

מהרגע הראשון כל הצוות היה נעים ומסביר פנים. החדרים נקיים ונעימים, הריחו טוב ועם מוצרי טיפוח מצוינים של לאוקסיטן. הארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת, המבחר עשיר וכל מה שהתרוקן התמלא מחדש מהר.

הבריכה הרבה יותר קטנה ממה שנראה בתמונות. כמו כן, רב השטח שלה מקורה ומוצל ואין כמעט מיטות שיזוף אלא רק כיסאות.
