מלון בוטניקה החדש והיוקרתי בחיפה יפה וניפלא, העיצוב במלון ובחדרים נהדר, המיקלחת מפנקת במיוחד עם זרם מיים שלא ראיתי בשום מלון, וגם ערכת הסבון גוף + שמפו+ מרכך במיקלחת איכותית במיוחד !!! האוכל בארוחת הבוקר פנסטסטי !!!! המון סלטים מצויינים וטריים וגבינות ודגים ומה לא !!! יכולתי לאכול את כל הבופה בארוחת הבוקר היה מהנה במיוחד !!! גם המיסעדה במלון מצויינת אני אכלתי ריזוטו פטריות שהיה מצויין. המיקום ניפלא סמוך לגן הבאהאיים המרשים והמיוחד, יש בריכה על הגג עם נוף למרחבי העיר, וגם ספא, קניתי עיסוי שהיה מהנה מאוד.
מנהל המלון יוני הוא מאוד חביב , מתחשב ונדיב. עזר לי מאוד במצוקה שחוויתי בשל הרכב החשמלי שלי שהשתבש.
נקודות לשיפור הן : *הקפה בארוחת הבוקר שלא יכולתי לשתות, למיים היה טעם של אבנית ( * תשומת לב למיים נקיים במיכלים ) , *וכמובן העובדה שפקידי הקבלה לא ידעו לעדכן אותי כששאלתי כמה פעמים לגבי טעינה חשמלית לרכב במלון, דבר שהיה חוסך לי שעות ארוכות של התברברות בעיר בחיפוש אחר עמדת טעינה חשמלית.
*בבריכה על הגג אין הרבה מיטות שיזוף יחסית למספר האורחים, לא מצאתי מיטה פנויה בזמן השהיה שלי ):

בריכה מבאסת מאוד, חסרת אווירה, מוסתרת כולה ומוצלת כמעט לחלוטין. ארוחת בוקר - רמה מאוד נמוכה.

את הנוף סביב את פרט לחוסר מבט מהבריכה הקטנה והרדודה.
חוסר בברכה עמוקה למבוגרים עם צפיה לגנים כמו מלון בראשית. וגקוזי חיצוני.
שלוחים עם רגליים על כורסאות בלובי.
טרסה עם קירות חיצוניים שקופים.
