Coming from Africa, I was tired. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff I was good as new after a day of resting!

The ambience kept delivering, the service was divine, the location could not have been improved.
Pros:

Breakfast was very lovely, loved the greek yogurt and all go the toppings. The turndown and cleaning staff was far above exceptions. Possibly the best I have ever experienced. Natasha was a dream at concierge.

Tudo! O hotel é incrível. Melhor hotel que fiquei na vida. O quarto é excepcional. O café da manhã é um evento a parte. As pessoas são incrivelmente simpáticas e prestativas. A Natasha da recepção foi incrível e a Laura do café da manhã era de uma simpatia contagiante. A localização é perfeita para quem quer ficar no centro histórico bem perto de todas as principais atrações.

Cons:

Não poder ter ficado mais tempo. Não há pontos negativos no hotel. O conforto é inacreditável.
