I very much look forward to returning in the future—choosing Umiltà again, and hopefully seeing Laura once more.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Umiltà Hotel in Rome. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The room was impressively spacious, with a well-thought-out layout and elegant, tasteful décor.

The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful in responding to any requests.

A particularly memorable part of my stay was the breakfast experience, thanks to Laura, the manager of the breakfast room. She is an exceptionally elegant and warm lady whose presence brought an extra sense of energy and joy to each morning, well beyond the meal itself.

Luxuriöse Ruheoase mitten im Zentrum
Pros:

Perfekt ausgestattetes Hotel, mitten im touristischen Zentrum und doch ruhig gelegen! Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, die Mini Bar und kleine Snacks im Zimmer waren inkludiert, es gab eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und sogar eine Mikrowelle. Die Amenities im Bad waren top, es hat nichts gefehlt, tolle Handtücher, moderner Safe, sogar ein Dampfbügeleisen war vorhanden! Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und großzügig. Das Zimmer war außerordentlich ruhig! Es gibt Abendservice bei dem man noch eine frische Flasche Wasser pro Person bekommt.

Sehr hervorzuheben ist auch das überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, nie aufdringlich, immer gut gelaunt und sehr professionell und herzlich! Die Dandy Bar ist super, tolle Cocktails und auch das Restaurant Aquamarina hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Fischgerichte waren traumhaft! Gar nicht wie ein typisches Hotelrestaurant. Das Frühstück war super, frische Früchte, köstliche Kuchen, gute Brotauswahl, Eiergerichte werden frisch zubereitet!

In der Lobby gibt es eine Candy Bar mit köstlichen Süßigkeiten zum Nehmen, sehr verführerisch!

Wir würden jedenfalls wieder kommen!

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts viel zu sagen, außer vielleicht dass das Sofabett für unseren fünfjährigen Sohn etwas sehr weich war, aber er hat gut geschlafen!

Great place on great spot!
Pros:

Awesome hotel! Staff supernice to us and our little girl, we felt very welcomed.

Cons:

We were a bit sad that roof terrace is closed for winter season, it must be great.

Highly recommended and great location
Pros:

Perfect location, modern, excellent staff, breakfast delicious and basically empty each morning with attentive staff. Would happily stay again and recommend to others

Cons:

We had a noisy upstairs neighbour which materially impacted my sleep. Was a shame as the soundproofing to the external street was excellent. Only impacting the score by 1 though as the noise was not the hotels fault.
