Pros:

The location was good but somewhat far from the main centre of Calangute. Room was good with a mini refrigerator, kettle and geaser with attached balcony.Delicious breakfast we had in 2 day's. Staff was polite and friendly in nature. Overall staisfied with the stay

Cons:

Running water sound from the top floor pipes to ground floor is quiet disturbing felt like raining outside all the day. Apart from this everything was good.

Comfortable and affordable for the two nights I spent in Goa, very kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

Difficult to find as a first-time visitor, signage inadequate, Google maps leads you on a wild-goose chase. Cabs need to know they can reverse by driving into the property, else a real challenge
Would be nice to have an inventory of everyday items like tissue rolls/toilet paper available - even if you’d like to charge your guests for these

I was staying with my family for 3 daya. It was very nice and comfortable. All staff behaviour is very helpfull. And staff is very calm and cool.
