Infinity Aonang Krabi Hotel

Location - 30 minutes walk from the beach front with a free shuttle bus running 4 times per day; plenty of taxis if you walk 5 minutes to the main road.

Layout - A mix of 2 and 5 storey blocks surrounding a central pool with swim up bar and jacuzzi area. All rooms had large glass doors opening onto a terrace or balcony.

An additional rooftop pool with small bar if you prefer a quieter vibe, or the sun-beds are all reserved around the main pool, as was the case most mornings.

Rooms - Impeccably clean with a none cluttered but modern design.

Large bed, TV, kettle for coffee making (no tea), stocked fridge with free water daily, safe, good a/c, no wardrobe just a hanging rail and limited drawer space, UK & EU plug sockets, space for storing luggage.

No gowns or slippers. Iron and board available from Reception.

Bathroom with walk-in shower having 2 heads - one rainfall, basic toiletries and good hairdryer. Nice modern touches like hands free toilet flush and heated mirror to avoid steaming. Minimal but very functional.

Food - Full buffet breakfast for Western and Asian tastes with good mix of hot and cold food plus eggs cooked to order. Choice of outdoor terrace or indoor dining areas.

Amenities - Strong WiFi. No gym.

Service - Excellent, everyone was really friendly and helpful, resort kept very clean.

Summary - Good value for money if the location works for you. We will return.

Fantastic hotel in Ao Nang. We spent 2 weeks there over Xmas and loved every minute

The staff are lovely and can’t help enough. We loved the tuk tuk to take us to the beach and special thanks to the driver who was brilliant!

We booked a 2 bed villa room which was perfect with 2 teenagers and we had two full bathrooms and lots of space which was perfect

Pool is great with a pool bar

Infinity pool on top floor is really nice and good for catching a tan.

Food was great, I read reviews about limited breakfast but for the size of the hotel it was well stocked and choice everyday!

It’s about 10 min to main Ao Nang area but the hotel shuttle will take you.

The property seems like it is 20 years old, not 3, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was ok, a long way from town with a shuttle that only runs 4 x a day

This was our second visit to Krabi. Initially we stayed on the main street overlooking the ocean. This time we decided on a more inland based setting as there isn't much of a beach anyway along the main street. Infinity is a quiet setting surrounded by greenery a few minutes walk from the main street. The hotel has a lovely feel, beautiful design and helpful staff. Booking in was easy enough with the obligatory 3 pm booking in time forcing our tired bodies out on the streets. We managed to hire a bike from the reception area with a local supplier that dropped it off at the hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are airy and relaxing, soft blue and grey decor ads to the serene atmosphere. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We requested an additional 2 pillows to fill it. WiFi was great and all facilities were working well. The pool area is well designed not to feel cramped in a relatively small setting. There is a small rooftop bar area with a good sized infinity pool. This closes at 9-10pm. The hotel is well worth staying at, even if you don't get a bike, it's walking distance from many restaurants and shops plus a seven eleven around the corner.

Avoid this hotel. Cleanliness is poor, finishing is cheap and decor is in need of attention. We could wait to leave.Breakfast was disgusting.

The room was very nice very spacious. The cleaning team is outstanding. The staff at the front desk is very good. Special mention to “Nana” who was very kind and tried her best to grant every wishes or request i had.
One note: Pay the extra money and book the suite. You will not regret it.

The only 2 negative points are :
-The breakfast was ok but get kind of repetitive and boring with time.
- the location is a bit far away from the center so you have to walk 10 min to reach “life” or take Grab.

But all in all, great hotel and I would stay there again if I visit Ao Nang-Krabi

Don't stay here. Horrible experience.

Arrived late on the first night, was met by dirty towels, and stained, disgusting bed sheets and duvet cover. Upon request to get it changed, the singular staff member said "it's too late" to help, as housekeeping isnt here. Too late to change dirty linen? At a hotel? Mind you, this man was by far the rudest and most unprofessional worker of any venue i have ever encountered. Grunting, fuming, no apology, nothing. Should not be anywhere near guests... we didnt get to bed until 12am dealing with this simple request. We were refused any sort of refund for our 1st night after the greedy owner declined - we only wanted this mainly because of how it was handled. If handled like any other resort on earth it would not have came to this. However, if you pay for hospitality, you should receive it. No respect or decency.

Their "shuttle bus" does not run unless you book it, so its not a shuttle bus at all. We were never told this, so the day after we were waiting nearly 2 hours in the rain for it to pick us up from town and never did. We then paid an overpriced grab to get home.

Shocking location. Near nothing at all.

Staff are useless. Need to be trained properly about hospitality. Guests cannot be paying this price for what you receive.

We had our clean room light on for 2 days and they never got it cleaned. We finally had to call them directly to tell them, they then cleaned our room quickly while we sat on the balcony. Super inconvenient, and have never come across a hotel this clueless.

We found a duvet, mattress and pillow outside our room in the pouring rain, pillow face down on the dirty ground, laying in filth. To be dried and used on the guest i assume... super unhygienic hotel.

Bugs everywhere.

Below average breakfast.

Dirty plates and glasses left around the pool don't get picked up for hours.

Rock solid bedding. Two single mattresses put together. Very sore back. Very bad comfort.

Overall, if you want even remotely professional hospitality, clean rooms, hygienic bedding and a good location to stay - do not stay here. It serves none of them.

After travelling SE Asia for the last 1.5 months, we have not received this service anywhere. We are completely blown away with how staff handled our issues. And now have to resolve with booking.com ourselves.

Shout out to the lady who checked us in, she's amazing and cannot wipe the smile off her face. The only person who should be keeping her job there, or better, working somewhere else!

El desayuno es muy malo. No hay pan (sólo de molde), ni queso, ni jamón York, ni bacon, ni nutella... La bollería es poca y mala.El café y los zumos (no son frescos) son imbebibles.Por cierto, una mañana en la mesa de la fruta había una cucaracha paseandose por entre las fuentes; se lo indiqué a una señora del staff de cocina la cual la mató con la mano y siguió reponiendo bandejas (nadie limpió la mesa). Está muy lejos de todo. Si vuelvo a Ao Nang, no repetiré.

Besoin de peinture dans les corridors, la chambre est très bien, seul bémol, quand nous quittons l’air climatisé se ferme complètement et au retour même les rideaux fermée il fait 32 degrés dans la chambre, très désagréable. Un minimum de 25-26 serait apprécié!! La piscine du rooftop ne peut être vraiment utilisée car le jour trop chaud car aucun parasol et en plein soleil et quand nous pouvons y aller soit vers 17:30 car le soleil est moins pire et bien la piscine ferme à 18:00!!!! Les heures devraient être ajusté plus tard ou installer des parasols

Favourite hotel we stayed in so far, beautifully decorated rooms very modern beautiful balcony. Pool area had a small kids pool, pool bar, jacuzzi. Just enough sunlounges, great lunch options, loved breakfast buffet too ! Foam party on Saturday evening kids and adults enjoyed happy hour in pool bar. Really lovely staff, would have another person in the bar during happy hour, bar man did a great job serving everyone ! But he was very busy on his own !

We loved this hotel. We stayed in a junior suite for 9 nights - clean, well maintained and with lots of space. The sofa wasn't very comfortable though, and needed a coffee table.

Two pools, we only used the main "ground floor" pool, which was great - swim up bar, jacuzzi area. Not many beds, but we never had a problem getting two together.

Just a very relaxed vibe about the place.

It's a roughly 25 minute walk down to the beachfront, or you can catch the free shuttle - and outside of that schedule it was 50 THB each, or 150 THB back on a TukTuk. I liked being out of the main throng, go down for the evening, enjoy yourself, then "go home" - usually via either a 7-eleven or the main supermarket five minutes walk from the hotel.

The only real downside was the checkin process, which seemed overly officious, and (commonly, as I subsequently found out), a big focus on how they would charge you for any and all damages - to the point they had a price list for absolutely everything (see photos). I think this might be due to the high volume of people passing through for a day or two at a time - those "on the trail" with their backpacks. Perhaps get a sense of your customer before reading them the rule book... Not a very welcoming welcome. But that aside, a really enjoyable experience.

Can’t thank the staff at infinity enough for all of their help throughout our stay and after our stay. I left a pair of shoes in the room and they kindly posted them to my next hotel, which I am very grateful for as well as keeping in touch with regularly until I received my shoes. The hotel room was lovely and clean couldn’t recommend enough!

Nice drinks, best of all the hotels we stays at. Good prices at hotels restaurant. Opentime for roofbar is not clean we had to ask after personal many times. Extrabed was not good, its not for a adult. The beds are soo hard, but possible to get toppers. The floor in the roms should be clean more often. Breakfast works but the pancakes should be served warm, this was cold. Pretty new hotel.

Bra hotell, men en bit från stranden. Behöver troligtvis lite renovering och omsorg. Men överlag väldigt fräscht och känns relativt modernt.

Frukosten var bra, och tillräcklig för att kunna starta dagen.


Personalen var super och jättehjälpsamma. Man möttes alltid av ett leende.


Det lilla negativa är väl att hotellet ligger en liten bit från huvudgatan, men det löser man lätt med en taxi eller deras egna shuttle som går dygnet runt (mot en avgift sent på kvällen).
