عدم السماح بالدخول قبل الساعة 15:00 لو بنصف ساعة فقط حتى وان كانت الغرفة جاهزة ..المناشف وخاصة تبع المسبح مهترية ومتقطعة بشكل مخجل.

Perfect chill place!
Pros:

Breakfast was sumptuous with a large spread.

Pros:

De kamers, zwembaden, lobby en ontbijtruimye zijn ruim, mooi en schoon. Het personeel erg vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt buiten de drukte, er is een gratis shuttlebus, lopen kan ook en een taxi is met een minuut geregeld dus de rust is heerlijk. Het uitzicht vanaf het rooftop zwembad is heel mooi. Beneden kun je lekker bij het/vanuit het zwembad een drankje doen of zelfs eten. Het was een rustpunt in een drukke reis. De beste accommodatie voor ons in Thailand.

Disappointing hygiene issue
Cons:

I recently stayed here and, while there were positive aspects, the room experience fell short in a few areas. There was a persistent, foul sewer smell coming from the bathroom floor drain that made the room quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the amenities were lacking: the TV provided was surprisingly small, and there was no proper storage space for clothes—only a single, small hanger. For a property of this standard, I expected better maintenance and more practical room furnishings.

Very responsive,helpful,we remain without water at around 11 pm and we asked at reception if they can provide us 2 bottles of water,and they did that without hesitation,i really recommend this hotel.

Infinity Ao Nang hotel is an excellent choice
Pros:

We had a great stay at Infinity Aonang Krabi. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and clean. One of the highlights was the fast Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great selection of food. The hotel also has two swimming pools, including a rooftop pool that stays open until 10:00 PM, which was a great bonus. If we ever visit Krabi again, we would be more than happy to stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

Spotless clean, big spacious rooms and lovely staff. Bus shuttle a great service.

Cons:

No wardrobe or drawer space for clothes. Had to live out of a case in a family room.
Complementary tray only has coffee facilities and no tea for tea drinkers

Amazing
Pros:

Room was really big, exactly like the pictures & very clean. Nicest hotel we have stayed in Thailand! The pool was also really clean and all the staff were lovely, would definitely recommend.
