Se voltarmos à Madri, nós hospedaremos aqui novamente.
Pros:

Passei 5 noites com minha esposa e duas filhas de 20 anos em um apartamento de dois quartos, com café da manhã e jantar incluídos. Foi tudo maravilhoso! A localização é ótima, assim como as instalações, a limpeza, e a gentileza da equipe da recepção e do restaurante.

We truly enjoyed our three-day stay at Smart Rental Collection in Madrid. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone at the reception was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional—especially Valeria and Adrian. Communication in English was effortless, which made everything even more comfortable for us.

The hotel’s design, decoration, and overall cleanliness were excellent. Our apartment was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt very well cared for. Having a small but fully equipped kitchen was extremely practical, especially with a washing machine and dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen utensils such as plates and cutlery. Whenever we needed anything, the staff responded immediately and helped without hesitation.

The location is simply perfect—central, convenient, and ideal for exploring Madrid. We also really appreciated the concept of staying in an apartment with a reception. When you are in a new country, having real people available to assist you at any moment makes a huge difference and gives a strong sense of comfort and safety.

We had a very minor issue with the heating, but it was handled promptly and professionally, with a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This level of care truly makes you feel at home, even when you are abroad.

My family and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We will definitely return on our next visit to Madrid—this will be our go-to place from now on. Highly recommended.
