Buena ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación, amabilidad del personal, el desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

No se cercioraron q el baño no tenía el espejo y uno de los toalleros estaba caído. Lo solucionaron al día siguiente, pero ya nos quedaba solo 1 noche.

Le lieu, en plein coeur de Gran Vía. Le personnel du petit déjeuner surtout Marina, très sympa et très disponible.

Cons:

La réceptionniste du 04 juillet à 17 h. Peu coopérative.
Les photos données sur Booking ne correspondent pas à l'appartement accordé par l'établissement.
Un oreiller tâché.

Cons:

A mí llegada sin previo aviso me dieron una habitación inferior a la reservada. Tuve que volver a recepción a pedir explicaciones ya que me ubicaron en una que no tenía nada q ver a la q había reservado y ésta por ende era más barata y la estaba pagando a precio de la anterior. Me dijeron q la reservada estaba sucia y que o esperaba o me favorecía incluyéndome el desayuno, tickets para consumir en la piscina y el check out a las 13h. Me pareció bien, lo que no me pareció bien es que si no bajo a quejarme me hubieran dado una habitación inferior habiendo pagado una suite de 42m2.

Enjoyable but cramped
Pros:

The location of the property was great, it was fantastic having a reception desk, onsite bar/restaurant and the swimming pool was lovely!

Cons:

Only issue we had was the fact that we booked an apartment for 4 people and the pictures were not clear how the second bed was set up. When we got there, we realized why. When the sofa bed is pulled out, it makes the living room completely impassable and the kitchen facilities inaccessible. If my husband or I had to go to the bathroom we had to climb over the sofabed and we could not access the sink or kitchen area because the bed opened up against the kitchen counter space. The bed was somewhat difficult to put back into the sofa as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay but that was a struggle for us with the apartment. If it were just two people it would be perfectly fine, but that was not our situation. Be aware that if you need pool towels, you will have to put a 25 euro deposit for each towel. That was something we did not expect but was just a minor inconvenience.
