Cons:

very small apartment, don't be fooled by the pictures. Apart from 2 people at the reception desk, the rest of reception desk personal were not responsive to our request about the ventilation system not working in the bathroom, the phone was not operational to reach the front desk, and they blamed it on an outside company to fix it. The ventilation system was not fixed, the phone was not fixed

Well equipped apartments in hotel in brilliant location with lovely rooftop bar and pool
Pros:

Handy apartment with well-stocked small kitchen with crockery, cutlery and coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Brilliant location in centre of town, art galleries walkable and Metro 3 minutes away. Air conditioned with views over Madrid. Lovely seating area on roof to enjoy an evening beer, and a shallow heated swimming pool great for young children. Cleaner came daily and was excellent. Reception helpful and friendly. Good lift to all floors. Plenty of storage space and two big TV's, one in bedroom amd one in seating area. Netflix available but only if you are paying ad-free and no VPN. This is standard Netflix policy. Small bathroom with good shower.

Cons:

Found the mattress and pillows a bit hard for my taste but the sheets were Egyptian cotton and beautiful. The pool is heated and open until 7pm but is small and shallow so good for kids, less so for serious swimmers.

Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, viegli var nokļūt ar kājām uz visām nozīmīgākajām apskates vietām. Numuriņā izcila terase, numuriņa telpas pietiekami plašas trīs cilvēkiem. Recepcijas darbinieki ļoti laipni.

Cons:

Neērta gulta, kas diviem cilvēkiem par šauru, nestabila. Par šo tiešām žēl, jo pati viesnīca tiešām laba. Mūsu numuriņš bija tieši zem jumta terases restorāna, līdz ar to troksnis bija traucējošs, īpaši, kad gribējās mierīgi pasēdēt uz sava numuriņa terases.

Excellent stay at very very nice location
Pros:

The apartment was small but sufficient for me and my daughter. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. The apartment was clean and cleaned every day. Personal was friendly.
We very much liked the heated swimming pool on the roof top. The pool is only about 70cm deep and can get crowded.

Cons:

More chairs at the swimming pool would be nice.

Abflüsse im Badezimmer verstopft. Abdichtung der Duschtasse undicht. Badezimmer steht beim Duschen unter Wasser. Wurde alles behoben. BeleuchtSchlafzimmer defekt. Leuchtmittel im Wohnraum defekt. Konnte während des Aufenthalts auch nicht gelöst werden. Doppelbett eher schlecht. Sehr Schlechtes Bett mit schlechter Matratze. .
