لا شي اعجبني في الفندق سوا الصور على الموقع
كل شي سئ نظافة غرف مبنى اثاث انا دخلت بعائلتي الفندق يالليل خرجت الصباح لا ينفع للسكن حشرات بق وروائح صرف صحي حبيت ارجع فلوسي حتى ريسبشن مافي التواصل فقط عن طريق واتس اب

The train noise, so I couldn't sleep properly, it was like an earthquake
No kitchen, washing machine or balcony
I prefer dark colour curtains so that we can sleep a bit during the day when tired
The toilet was not washed properly, so I had to clean it again
Since the studio was spacious, it could be converted into a one-bedroom apartment
I had to wait with my children outside for more than 30 minutes to check in at 7 am

There is no kitchen at facility as seen in photo. Unfortunately, our room was not cleared on arrival and had to wait until morning to get cleaned. Perks, it is in a great location, facing the blue mosque, with friendly owners.

Everything was super. Sultanahmet Mosque is within walking distance of Hagia Sophia Mosque Topkapı Palace Grand Market. It's a new modern facility. Thank you for your interest and interest in the employees. You can stay with your family at this property without thinking about it.

We loved it here. The studio was clean and spacious. The staff at the Sur Hotel (which owns the apartments) were friendly and helpful.

-Great Location
-Two balconies with separated views (Partial sea view and sultan Ahmet close view)
-Responsible room service although there is no resident service staff and they do it every 2 days not everyday. They come quick to you
-Soundproof doors
-New cool decorated bathroom with Turkish brand sanitary accessories
-they check us in during our late night arrival because of our flight delay. thank you
-wonderful WIFI speed
-well working refrigerator then you can keep everything cool and freezing inside during your stay
-expect train moving sound and shake next to the building every 15 minutes. starting from 6 a.m to 11 p.m. soundproof windows but you feel vibrating when train passes by
-loft ceiling slope made us uncomfortable specially at their compact bedroom
-there were no blanket for one bed and as they brought to us it was dirty and i had to sleep with that for one night because it was cold room. then we asked for new blanket next day and cleaning the floor at our arrival time
-no reception desk but he is so close to the location and come fast even at late check-in
-no breakfast saloon
-you need to use one floor steps when staying at loft
Very good location near Blue Mosque and Ayasofya. And not so bad staff, fast reaction on our questions.
Actually in was bad experience... I propose that reason in time we come to Istambul (second part of January). But looks number wasn't cleaned (we found spot in beds, dirtied floor, also there was oil in the frying pan, apparently from previous guests, the dishes were also all dirty... and mold, mold everywhere, in the corners and in the air conditioner which literally sprayed it all over the room... And the main feature: i booked one apartment with two bedrooms (one for me and my wife and one for our kids) with not so low price, but Deluxe Apartment in fact it is just two separated apartment. It was inappropriate for us and we located only in one room but payed for two... I asked about some compensation the manager but without success.

It’s my second time here, I’ve been here before, the employees were very good and the rooms are very clean. The location is magnificent, you can walk to the historical works of Istanbul and historical mosques. A magnificent Istanbul.
The location is great, right in the middle of sultanahmet town.Staff are amazing. Very kind and willing to help in any way they can with a smile on their faces always. Breakfast is good also and the rooms are clean and nice. It was real value for my money.
