Bazén byl opravdu velmi studený. V jídelně klimatizace zbytečně moc chladila, nemohli jsme tam vydržet, stravovali jsme se na terase, tam bylo příjemně.
Food and staff
Room had no air conditioning and even after complaining it was never fixed. A very uncomfortable stay.
W pakiecie all incusive było wszystko na plus. Jedzenie wyświenite, niemonotonne , zaskakujące .
Staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming.
Beds- very soft and uncomfortably hot as appear to have a memory foam surround. Combined with not very effective room air con meant we barely slept despite living in Cyprus and being acclimatised.
Also family rooms situated immediately above the noisy outside bar hosting live music from
2100 meant minimal sleep.
Ευρύχωρο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό δωμάτιο. Η πισίνα που έχουν τα δωμάτια. Ο πεζόδρομος προς το κέντρο της Αγίας Νάπας. Το πιο πλήρες και πλούσιο πρόγευμα που ειδα, αφθονία και ποικιλία. Ένα κρυφό διαμάντι.
Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά! Δεν μου άρεσε που μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ, αλλά θα το διορθώσουμε σύντομα 🙂

חדר נקי וגדול, חדר מקלחת גדול .
נוף לים מהמרפסת.
שרות של כל עובדי המלון מצויין ונעים,
אווירה מאוד נעימה וטובה.
החלפת מגבות יום יום, מכונת אספרסו בחדר בדבוק מים.
ארוחת בוקר פשוט מצויינת אם מבחר ענק של אוכל איכותי וטעים.
ישחבה בחדר אוכל נוחה אם שרות זריז ועונה על כל בקשה.
Le buffet était très varié et copieux
Le bar de la piscine était sympa. Cocktail et snack à volonté en All Insclusive
La piscine était sympa et surtout la proximité de belles plages accessibles en -de 10 mn à pied était un vrai plus.
Le manque de soleil sur la terrasse de notre chambre swim up. ( nº5014). Nous n’en avons pas franchement profité alors que cela représentait un coût supplémentaire. Dommage….
Les animations ne sont pas trop notre préférence. Mais pour ceux qui aiment, il y a de la musique autour de la piscine, des activités d’aquagym, de waterpolo…. Bref tout pour plaire😅

Bei der Einreise haben wir ein Swim up. -Zimmer neben dem Pool-Bar bekommen, das ganz schlecht gereinigt wurde. Überall Haare, dreckiger Spiegel und viele Ameisen im Badezimmer. Im Zimmer war starkes Geruch nach Kanalisation. Erst am nächsten Tag haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, schon besser gereinigt bzw. besser vorbereitet gewesen. Die tägliche Reinigung war aber wieder nicht gut.
Die Badetücher sind zwar täglich gewechselt, aber alle nicht richtig gewaschen worden. Sie waren grau statt weiss. Wir empfehlen dem Hotel, Reinigungsfirma zu wechseln .
מהרגע שהגענו זכינו לשירות יוצא מהכלל. כל הצוות מהקבלה, חדר האוכל והאחראים היו שם עבורינו וענו על כל בקשה.עזרו במוניות, הזמנת מקום במסעדה.
מןמלץ מאוד.תודה מיוחדת לגלינה שתמיד יצאה מגדרה לעזור עם חיוך.

החדרים יפים , המלון ממש נחמד והמיקום טוב רבע שעה מהמרכז בערך . ארוחת בוקר נחמדה אבל לא הכי מגוונת .
שודרגנו לחדר גדול יותר מבלי שביקשנו . המלון לדעתי ממש לא מצדיק את המחיר הגבוה .
שהשירות חדרים עד 8 בערב , ויש להם איזה אישיו עם מגבות , קראתי בתגובות לפני שסגרתי אבל עכשיו אני מבין על מה מדובר .השירות חדרים איטי ולוקח להם הרבה זמן עד שבאים לחדר .
הצוות היה שנוי במחלוקת , מצד אחד יש פקידות קבלה נחמדות מאוד אבל יש בינהן גם כאלה פחות מסבירות פנים . היה לנו ויכוח קטן על מגבות שאשכרה צריך לבקש כמה פעמים וגם זה לא מביאים אקסטרה , אלא מחליפים . באחד היציאות בערב חזרנו להתקלח בלילה והתנגבנו במגבות רטובות כי בקבלה אמרו שאין מגבות בשעה מאוחרת (?) מלון 4 כוכבים עם מחיר כזה לא צריך להגביל מגבות (בגבול הטעם הטוב) . לאחר הויכוח החליפו לנו מגבות אבל עצם זה שצריך להתווכח על מגבות היה לא נעים וגם בסוף השהות אמרתי להם בדיוק את מה שאני רושם כאן .
Personal war sehr unfreundlich und unflexibel. Unterkunft war bei Ankunft extrem schmutzig, Blutflecken etc.
