The staff did the most to make my very unpleasant experience in the hotel as good as it got. Thanks

The staff was helpful and nice, the Hotel location was good!

Cons:

I had an incident that night with bed bugs. The staff was very helpful immediately, gave me another room, assured me the will take proper care of it and reimbursed me for this bad experience - thank you!
However, the worst itching experience in my life, for several weeks.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich hörte keinen Straßenlärm und auch sonst war es ruhig.
Das dazu gebuchte Frühstück von 12,00€ war ausreichend und wurde auch immer wieder nachgelegt.
Ich würde gleich wieder buchen.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist so laut, das wir in der Nacht immer wieder wach geworden sind. Das Frühstück ist nicht gut. Kein Brot, nur weiße Brötchen. Käse und Wurst von minderer Qualität. Der Preis ist auch zu hoch. Vielleicht für eine Nacht. Aber da gibt es bessere.

Kurzaufenthalt zur Reiseunterbrechung,

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war minimalistisch eingerichtet aber sehr sauber.
Ein Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe konnte, vergünstigt, genutzt werden.

Cons:

Pro Person gab es nur ein Handtuch, was wir ein wenig schade fanden. Auch auf Nachfrage, konnten wir kein zweites dazu bekommen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Aufschnitt Auswahl beschränkte sich auf 1 bis 2 Sorten, bei Wurst und Käse. Die Aufstrich und Brötchen Auswahl hilt sich auch in Grenzen.

Neuwertige Hotelausstattung. Unkomplizierter Check-In. Schnell weitere Handtücher und Kopfkissen bekommen. Vergünstigtes Parken. Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig im Zimmer.

Cons:

Keine Kofferablage, dafür ist Zimmer zu klein.
