Miserable Nacht in einem Viertel, das selbst im Hotel vom Partyvolk dominiert ist.
Pros:

Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Man kann sogar ein Fahrzeug relativ günstig in einem der Parkhäuser parken. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wer hier übernachtet, muss damit rechnen, dass er/sie zusammen mit Partyvolk auf den Fluren untergebracht ist. Zum wiederholten Male erleben wir in diesem Viertel eine Hotelübernachtung mit massiver nächtlicher Ruhestörung. Auf unserem Gang waren ca. 8 junge testosterongeflutete und alkoholisierte Männer, die über zweieinhalb Stunden Krawall nicht nur in ihren Zimmern, sondern vor allem auch auf den Fluren gemacht haben. Es wurde geschrien und an die Türen gehämmert. Es war so massiv, dass wir Angst bekamen und die Polizei anrufen wollten. Ein Anruf beim Personal führte leider zu keiner erkennbaren Reaktion. Irgendwann kurz nach vier Uhr beruhigte sich die Lage. Unser Schlaf war miserabel.

Am nächsten Morgen haben wir den freundlichen Herren an der Rezeption auf diese Ruhestörung hingewiesen. Er zuckte etwas verlegen mit den Schultern, meinte, andere hätten sich auch schon beschwert und bat um Entschuldigung. Warum in der Nacht niemand einschritt, um diesen Lärm zu unterbinden, konnte er nicht beantworten.
Insofern ist unser Fazit. Nie wieder. Lieber geben wir 100 Euro pro Nacht mehr aus und gehen in ein anderes Viertel, als dieses Milieu aushalten zu müssen.

Unkompliziert beim Check in und Check Out

Cons:

Man lag im Bett und schaute auf eine unverputzte Betondecke mit Sicht auf die Naht.
Der Teppichboden sah unhygienisch aus.
Es wurden keine Betten gemacht und keine Handtücher gewechselt, müsste man sich selbst an der Rezeption holen.
Keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer.
