Habitación amplia y muy limpia, todo cuidado al detalle y muy cerca de la estación de tren y del casco antiguo de Treviso. El señor que estaba en recepción muy atento y simpático

Cons:

La camera aveva un odore terribile di muffa/fogna da non riuscire a respirare; quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla reception ci è stato detto che non potevano fare niente. Non solo un soggiorno sgradevole ma anche uno staff non all’altezza della situazione e dell’hotel. Non lo rammenderei a nessuno.
Inoltre segnalo che non era scritto che il parcheggio andava prenotato, infatti non avevano posto per noi e con la solita inefficienza del personale hanno dato zero soluzioni.
