Pros:

posizione comoda alla metro e comoda per chi vuole vedere le principali attrazioni muovendosi a piedi, zona vivace piena di locali ma non rumorosa.

Great Location and Staff, but Limited Family Flexibility
Pros:

Great hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from the West End and theatres. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, which made it really convenient. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and very professional.

Cons:

The cosy rooms were very cosy, which really means quite small. It was difficult for two adults to get ready comfortably, and the lighting was not very good, especially around the mirrors.

We stayed on Saturday and Sunday with our 15-year-old. After returning from a show on Saturday, we were allowed into Penelope’s bar, which was great as it had a great vibe with a sax player and good music. However, on Sunday there was only one bar open in the hotel, the rooftop bar, and children were not allowed after 7pm. It was disappointing that we had to spend the evening sitting in a small room from 8pm with a nearly 16-year-old. In most hotels, there is usually some flexibility for residents with older children, but there was none here. Unfortunately, we would not stay again for that reason.

Hotel was beautiful. The Decor, the scent throughout the hotel was beautiful. Room was lovely and bed very comfy. The only member of staff we spoke to was Jessica when we were checking in. She was so friendly and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing thought it would be better. The roof terrace bar was nice had to ask a member of staff to come serve us on 2 occasions for a drink and what we didn’t like was on our 2nd drink the staff arrived with the card machine, we first of all never asked for the bill and we hadn’t finished our drinks. He said It was last orders and I get that but there were people coming in and still drinking their drinks. Wasn’t impressed at all told the staff member we have not even looked at the bill so he went away and then a manager came over with the card machine again saying they have to take our bill. In the meantime I watched a bar member go over and give the other table shots. Found the whole situation rude. Take our money then more or less get rid of us.
