Like how clean it was and the location

Chose the golden room because of the bath but people could see you in you had the curtains open co the bathroom needed to remain dark

Staff were pleasant, bathroom smelt awful, like rotting drains. Disgusting

pleasant - quite simple but all very self service

Cons:

The fact I went there specifically to use teh rooftop bar only to find out it was let out for a function - I was not told so very upset not being able to use a bar as a resident

Hotel was Beautiful but the Room was Not Worth the £311 spent

The Hotel its self is Beautiful

Staff and Security were Welcoming

Cons:

Our Room 518 smelt of damp!
The window had no opening even for some fresh air…
The bathroom had no extractor fan so when we showered
The bathroom room and the bedroom steamed up..
Not enough cupboard space
Only mirrors that were pointless…
Clothes steamer leaked…
Pillows were too soft so I woke up with a crooked neck..
Thank God the room had air-con due to poor ventilation…!
Your Roof top manager was very pushy also to get us out from our table (30 minute slot)
Even though we waited 15 minutes for a whisky and a Diet Coke….
Definitely not worth the money for our Room!!!

The place you really want in London 🤗
Pros:

Location was perfect. Airco was working great. The tube- metro was very close. Easy to travel around. We were staying here from 22 till 25 June with 35°C. Our check in was early 2:00 pm 🤗 The staff was very friendly. A very safe neighborhood. I’ll say just one thing: "swallow the price" you won't regret it!

Cons:

We had read all the other reviews. Indeed, the room was on the small side and had little storage space for clothes but we found a little shelf above the tv, and the nightly rate was rather high—plus we had to pay extra for breakfast. However, given that the breakfast was fantastic and the location superb, we accepted the price.
The rooftop bar was closing around 23:00 hr just a quick drink after dinner and musical was possible.

Überteuertes Haus ohne persönlichen Service, allerdings in ausgezeichneter Lage.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe des Royal Opera House.

Cons:

Man kommuniziert nur digital, das Check-in geht über einen Bildschirm. Ich störe mich an der schriftlichen Ansprache (in deutscher Übersetztung) per "Du", obwohl ich Englisch als Hauptsprache angegeben habe. Haartrockner vorhanden, war jedoch nicht einsatzfähig, da Schalter verklemmt.

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Decent breakfast/lovely staff/location superb

Cons:

Paid for a larger room…….we were given a disabled room. The design theme of the hotel was black/grey. Had to ask a member of staff how to turn the lights on. Having spent a 50 year career in the construction industry and regularly staying in hotels including London, the lighting design was pretty bizarre.

On the whole, we would book this hotel.
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel & the very efficient & friendly staff. Our room was very clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Our room was located beside the storage room for the cleaning staff so there was noise from about 6am on which woke us each morning.
And the television was on the wall beside our bed which made watching the FIFA games a bit difficult.
We've asked for a different room location for our next visit.
