Court Square Hotel Long Island City New York , Belvilla District 6 Formerly Sonder

The room was well used/furniture and carpets worn. Carpets were not clean, many clumps of other people's hair. Evidently not vacuumed.
When I arrived there was no hair dryer, no coffee maker, and no remote for the TV, all of which was meant to be provided per the listing. The staff did provide these within one day when I called them.
I was never sent login info for the wifi. The tv had no sound. The aircon worked but the whole space was very damp.

La falta de contacto con el personal/propiedad. Alquilamos un apartamento para 2 adultos y 3 niños y faltaron sábanas y toalla para 1, contactamos con ellos y contestaron desde una central de apartamentos sin poder solucionarnos nada. Al final pasaron las 4 noches y apañamos con toallas y pareos que llevabamos en la maleta una cama. No contestaron más a nuestros numerosos mensajes. Tampoco nos facilitaron la contraseña del WiFi aún pidiendola repetidamente. Un desastre de atención

Bit unclean, had group of 5 and only had three towels, and never saw house keeping the whole 4 days.

We had a 4pm check-in yesterday. Upon arrival, we used the code given to us for the room we paid for and someone else was staying in our room. The hotel had double booked us and we had paid close to $500 for a room that wasn't available. We had one hour to get ready for the event we drove hours to attend with 4 children. The man working gave us a different room to get ready in then came back about 20 mins later to tell us he had a different room available but we needed to get over to it now. We got into the different room, got ready and left for the event (we were late). The room has no toilet paper, very few towels, no remote to the tv and very few linens for the pull out couch. Additionally, the apartment was filthy. It had very clearly not been cleaned well in a while. There was hair, dust and crumbs everywhere. The dishes were not clean and there were marks on the walls, mirrors and fridge.
As we did not get the room we paid for and were given a room that was not stocked, cleaned or ready for guests, we would like a refund.
I reached out to the email provided in the confirmation email but have not had a response yet.

No pudimos hacer en forma on line el check in que solicitaron por Mail. Como no hay recepción en el hotel y tampoco contestan los correos que uno envía hubo que llamar por teléfono y resulta que además de la tarifa de Booking hubo que abonar usd100 más. Los últimos dos días no funcionó el agua caliente.

Worse experience possible. Couldn’t ever get in, check-in systems and customer support is non existent. Can flag it as a scam, there was another customer who couldn’t ever get in. I think they should tell me why shouldn’t i sue you and this property. Absolute shocking, i will launch a customer report. This is a stinker, mate.

pas de réception, pas de wifi , problème de communication, obligé d’appeler plusieurs fois un service de l’hôtel pour avoir le code et numéro de la chambre

It all felt rather chaotic. The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help, but the check-in system was disorganized, resulting in a long queue. We also had trouble accessing our room.
When we finally got in, we discovered that the sofa bed hadn't been made up, there were no sheets, and no one seemed to know how to resolve the issue. The staff kindly suggested calling the owner, but unfortunately they never answered. As a result, the three of us ended up squeezed into a double bed.
There were also several signs of poor maintenance: broken or empty soap dispensers, a clogged shower drain, and other small but noticeable issues. We weren't the only ones having problems—many other guests appeared frustrated or were actively complaining during our stay.
Overall, I would recommend avoiding this place if you have other options.

Pesimo servicio. No nos pudimos hosoedar ahi. Las claves de acceso nunca llegaron , tuve que llamar varias veces , finalmente me dieron habitacion 901 y estaba.ocupada por otra gente. Llamamos varias veces para tratar de resolver la situacion sin respuesta alguna. Tuvimos que buscar otra opcion . Muy buenos para cobrar pero pesimos para honrar la reserva. Me siento estafado.. No recomiendo a nadie reservar en este hotel. Esperando respuesta de Booking , espero devolucion del 100% del dinero
