Court Square Hotel Long Island City New York , Belvilla District 6 Formerly Sonder

Stayed there for 3 weeks. After 3 days in, WiFi stoped working and never came back, even though we called them everyday and they kept saying next day would be good. Also, they said they would clean the room every week, but never came. We scheduled cleaning service a few times, having to come back to the hotel (as they said they could only clean when someone was in the room), but nobody ever showed up.

I stayed for two weeks. I begged and pleaded after one week to just get clean towels, have someone just take out the garbage which was, of course, smelly after 1 week (there is no garbage chute) and to get another roll of toilet paper (they only provide one). No one ever came to provide anything. I called the customer service line at least 5 times and was assured someone would provide the items. I stay in serviced apartments 2 weeks of every month and it is standard for someone to clean after 1 week. I wasn’t even asking for a cleaning- I asked for the bare minimum. Additionally there is no wifi at this property. I was told that the WiFi was out due to a network issue for 2 weeks straight. I do not believe it for a minute. This property just does not have WiFi . This also means there is no TV of any sort here. Also when I arrived all the dishes were in the dishwasher and they were not clean. I had to hand wash every dish to use the dishes.

There was horrible customer service. We never received a confirmation email with the access code. We had to call to receive the access code. We needed extra towels. We called the same phone number and spoke to someone who was clearly just a answering service. She promised that the towels would be delivered. They never came. We never got the WiFi password. I called, emailed, and left messages. Completely unresponsive. Never coming here again.

Okrutny hałas pociągu przejeżdżającego co parę minut tuż za oknem. Brak WiFi przez cały pobyt. Nie dostałam kodu dostępu do budynku pomimo że było już po godzinie check-inu, nie ma na miejscu żadnego personelu, jedynie infolinia na której nikt mi nie pomógł. Brak możliwości zostawienia bagażu po check-oucie, jedyny dostępny locker był zepsuty.

Le seul souci que nous avons rencontré, c’est qu’à notre arrivée, nous n’avons pas vraiment eu d’indications sur le fait que l’établissement était géré à distance et qu’il n’y avait pas de contact avec une personne physique. Au début, c’était un peu compliqué pour entrer et accéder à la chambre avec le code, mais par la suite, tout a été parfait.

I was unable to access the room. There is no front desk. No pin was sent to allow me to enter the room. I have been struggling to get refunded for weeks without success. Please do not make a reservation at this establishment.

NO WIFI even though it was advertised as having WIFI. ALSO I never got an email with the code so when we got there in the cold rain, we couldn't get in.

- Difficult to find get into (no instructions we sent), room number plate was missing
- Hair on the walls the bathroom
- Noisy
- Uncozy

The wifi didn’t work, nor the Tv, check in process was difficult because i was not given a code or room number until i had to call when i got there, no staff on site so had to call the phone each time i had an issue, and also noticed other guests were having the same issues. also got stuck in the elevator because the code stopped working and the door would not open. when they originally gave us a room number we entered the room and it was dirty and not cleaned so had to call and they told us that was the wrong room and didn’t mean to give us that one.

I wish I could receive a message explaining the process beforehand: the room is only available after 4pm and I received the code to enter the building and access the room at 4 pm. Before that, I wasn't even sure if my booking was processed. I went to the hotel at 2pm because I did not remember I was only allowed at 4, but then I couldn't access the building, no reception. I was nervous that the booking was not totally processed. I think a simple email the day before explaining what to expect that we will receive further instructions at 4pm, would be much appreciated.

The wifi did not work and I could not watch TV. The bed was much smaller than expected. It was difficult to sleep because the subway station is right across the street from the room.

La limpieza es muy mala, no hay nadie proporcionando atención en el mostrador y nadie resuelve las dudas que se tienen por medio de chat. Nos dijeron que el Internet estaba en reparación pero nunca funcionó. La tina se fugaba, la cafetera aun tenía café en el filtro y en la jarra, no estaba limpia y no podiamos tomar café. Los lockers no sirven para dejar las maletas antes o despues de hacer Check In o Check out. Abajo de la cama y arriba del refrigerador está sucio de mucho tiempo, es claro que es casi nula la limpieza. Es muy costoso para esta pésima atencion

I was never sent a confirmation email needed to enter the hotel. Hand soap in bathroom totally out with not replacements anywhere in studio

Self check in hotel. No staff on site. Never received my access information on time. Got locked out of hotel too many times to count. Room wasn’t cleaned. Egg shells and various crumbs everywhere in the unit. One of the worst hotel experience I had.

The experience was very disappointing. The check-in email was not sent 24 hours before arrival, so we could not access the lobby. The luggage lockers were broken, early check-in was not allowed, and we were not even allowed to leave our luggage while the room was being prepared. The check-in email only arrived at 4:20 p.m., when we had already booked another hotel because we received no solution. The room was advertised with a king bed, but we received a queen bed, and there was no Wi-Fi available. The six-digit access process also felt unnecessarily complicated, almost like entering a bank.
