必要がある。人間が受付に常駐しないと問題が多発するホテルであり、多くの客が迷惑していた。

No staff, dishwasher not working, cannabis smell in the room and walkway

There is no front desk. No one is there. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Ridiculous

Dirty

One of the chairs in the room was stained, there was water damage to the bathroom door, the shelf in the bathroom was barely hanging on, there was also a piece of tape on the wall indicating there should be a mirror in the bathroom, and they gave us three pillows that were small and flat. The floor lamp did not work and lastly we were not allowed to check-in early at all but then housekeepers were knocking on our door at 10:30am and again at 10:50am asking if we were leaving. If they are so strict about check-in time, they need to respect the checkout time and not bother guests until 11am. For what we paid, this studio was not worth it.

L’appartement était extrêmement bruyant, avec des trains passant très fréquemment et très près du bâtiment pendant la journée et circulant également la nuit, ainsi que des travaux de construction directement en face de l’appartement. Nous avons également subi des odeurs désagréables et une mauvaise ventilation, et des frais supplémentaires de 140 USD (35 USD par nuit pour les séjours de moins de 7 nuits) nous ont été demandés au moment du check-in afin d’obtenir les codes d’accès, alors que nous pensions que notre séjour avait déjà été entièrement payé via Booking.com et que ces frais supplémentaires n’étaient pas clairement inclus dans le prix de la réservation. Malgré le signalement de ces problèmes pendant notre séjour et notre demande de changer pour un appartement plus calme, aucune solution adaptée ne nous a été proposée.

Everything. Almost everything. Extremely dirty, hair everywhere, dust , plates in dishwasher even though they were supposedly washed still dirty with still food attached. Disgusting.

It smelled horrible and the floors were sticky. Overall it felt dirty and I was sent to a customer service rep that was in a different country and had no connection to the actual building to take care of the smell.

The apartement design is basic. The entrance to the building did'nt look inviting.

My main frustration was with the key code access. My first night I booked, they sent info but the code was missing. I had a fairly frustrating call with support but eventually got a text with the code. Meanwhile I was stuck outside at night unable to enter the building. I only booked for one night and wanted to extend my stay, which was also a much more annoying process than in a regular hotel, but managed to do it. Then the old key code didn’t work, and the new one they sent didn’t either. I had to reach out to support AGAIN to eventually get a new one. There was also a fairly expensive extra fee per night for something vague, pretty sure it was for amenities I never used.

The bathroom has problems. There were not a pot for the coffee maker. No soap in one bathroom. Air conditioning no works successfully.

We paid the hotel a week upfront, and service fee paid 2 days upfront.
We got a mail that 2 hours before check-in we would receive the acces codes. No acces codes available, we called them (since mail and chat isn’t responded) and we were told that they have no room available (but rhey would look for a solution and mail us, that did not happen).
We were left in New york with 6 people without solution. We made lots of extra costs to have a place to sleep, plus my whole vacation day was ruined just by all the hustle to understand the situation and find another solution.
I am still not sure if we will get our payment back.
