Reading most recent unjust reviews I had to leave feedback!My first visit to this hotel was 03.10-13.10,I arrived late afternoon,just after tremendous storm which hit Oludeniz,yes there was visible water damage to the outside walls and stairwells,my room was immaculate in Block B 305,big room with magnificent views,room and bathroom were cleaned daily as were the towels changed daily,every 3 days sheets were changed.
Breakfes was plentiful with good variety,for people who appreciate fresh food,for those who go on holiday to Turkiye and expect full English with pork sausages and bacon is not going to happen!It's not for people who are used to all inclusive and drinking alcohol on the bar at 9am and staying by the pool entire holiday,thank God it's not!Maybe they should've read particulars before booking?!As far as location goes is second to none,2 mins bus ride(29TL=£0.56)from main strip,beach and shops,right outside hotel(you have to cross the road),on the way back bus stops on request right outside hotel,beautiful tranquil place gor people who appreciate proper rest on holiday,for those who like to party there plenty of places on the main strip and Hisaronu village short distance away.The gym is equipped with basic equipment,but I came here for sun and sea,boy gor alcohol and gym!My second visit to the hotel 23.10-06.10,my room in the Block A 307,slightly smaller,again immaculate,tv channels were a bit messed up because of the second storm and were fixed immediately.Staff second to none especially chambermaids,very polite humble people who do everything with a smile and no task is difficult for them.As far as water damage is concerned repairs are being carried out as I write this review.If you are coming for sun and sea Oludeniz is for you with beautiful sand/small pebbles beaches and turquoise transparent warm sea,lots of places around to visit. During summer months there is a curtesy bus to Sugar Beach club(10-16.30h) in Blue Lagoon,with curtesy sunbeds and parasols, during summer months until 31st October with beautiful bar and average prices of drinks and sea food.

The hotel: I’m sorry to say I agree with the latest reviews. The hotel is in a total state of disrepair. The paint and plaster is peeling from the walls, there is so much damp, you’d argue it’s dangerous. The grounds are kept ok. I wouldn’t say it’s anything special, grass needs cutting and tidying up. It’s on the main road into Oludeniz, but honestly, you don’t hear it, well I didn’t anyway. It has a little shop that was never open and the bars are abit pointless in my opinion. The staff are friendly, but as none of them wear a uniform, you almost don’t know who to ask questions to.

The rooms: The rooms are big, can’t deny that. However, the beds are so uncomfortable, and I mean really uncomfortable. The air con barely works and when you ask for help to fix it, they try to move you to another room (already on our third). Unfortunately the same with the damp, it’s everywhere. This has led to wallpaper stripping from the walls, rotten bed frames and rusty side tables. The shower head was falling off meaning water was coming from everywhere but where it was supposed to! The bathroom sink tap constantly leaks and it’s that lose, it might fall off! Plug sockets coming out the walls, and the TV isn’t great but I wasn’t too bothered about that. The rooms have good WiFi. My room had a lovely little balcony looking over the town and into the woodland which honestly is breathtaking.

The pool/area: The pool is pretty decent. Good size but VERY cold. Some may say that’s a positive or a negative. However, the flying ants that land in the pool are cleaned out by the guests. There’s no lifeguard which isn’t the biggest issue. Plenty of sun loungers but some are broken so be careful. The ladders into the pool, DO NOT USE THEM! They are not screwed in properly and come out, this is a serious safety issue. There’s also no safety barrier opposite the infinity pool, so if you bring children, they need to be watched! There is a small terraced area near to the pool that has white posts with rope attached. These are to prevent you falling into the pool! Sadly, the wood used is so rotten, they aren’t actually screwed or held into anything meaning they just fall, another serious safety concern. The other pools are okay. The views from the infinity pool are out of this world! But what lets it down is the Astro turf being held down by gallon tanks, ruins the aesthetic abit.

The food: Bed and breakfast, food was ok at best. Same soup left in the container just reheated daily. I just ate Nutella on toast! Can’t really say much more than that.

Overall, the views are what sell this hotel. Oludeniz is absolutely beautiful and I’d absolutely come here again.

Would I recommend this hotel, absolutely not. For the money spent, you’d expect a lot more.
The safety of its holiday makers should absolutely be a priority for the owners and with the clear serious safety concerns, lack of responsibility and attentiveness, it is not!

We attended this hotel late September going into October 2025, I will start with the ONE and only positive the views are stunning situated in the mountains. However the downfall to this setting, it is very difficult to get around, due to the busy steep road it is not safe to walk so every movement you make away from the hotel you either have to get a taxi or a bus. The hotel is nothing like the pictures portrayed on the website. I suspect the photos are years old, as the hotel presently is in a state of disrepair. There is nothing luxury about the rooms we moved rooms and was offered a further room that was worst than what we had. Our room was far from clean, the bathroom shower cubicle was covered in black mould, wall tiles were cracked and I would deem as unsafe. We had a jacuzzi room, do not be taken in by this, the jacuzzi surrounds wooden panelling was all rotten and when we did fill it up the water all leaked onto the balcony floor.
The room decor is very tiered with wall paper peeling off, there was a damp patch which seemed to be caused by the shower in the neighbouring room, the wardrobe was broken, the shower door was broken. The list of complaints about the rooms we had was endless. The breakfast was repetitive, and the tea and coffee were served in tiny paper cups. I can not believe this hotel is rated 4 star, TUI need to really inspect and investigate what this hotel is offering! OR NOT offering. We feel totally conned, and I can not believe some of the positive reviews that have been written as every time we were in the reception area there was always someone complaining to the reception staff regarding issues in their room.

The hotel has an amazing view but the hotel wasn’t the best. Damp in the room sockets with wires hanging out. The staff rabish and alps were friendly but everyone else were miserable. Breakfast was poor same every day. Hotel needs a complete revamp once this has been done this could be a 5 star currently I would say this is a 3 star. The positives are we got free water every day and the safe was free.

This Hotel is the worst ever experience of a hotel I have had!! I went with family for a lovely break and from the moment we arrived it was horrendous. I do not know about the rooms the other guests stayed in judging from their reviews but wow! my pics will show you... I insisted we need to be moved from the 1st abomination of a room only to be taken to one in the same state. The 1 staff member who showed us to our room (we arrived at 2am) kept telling us it has a swim up room!! NO I did not care and was not happy to stay in this hovel because there was a swim up room. He left to find alternative 3rd room but did not return leaving us in a dark room with no way of knowing how to get back to reception through the dark corridors down lots of stairs with all our luggage until first light. We actually paid for a different hotel as was not helped by our tour operator and the hotel refused to book us out!!! Complaint ongoing...
No lifts working, no electric or water, place falling apart, rooms stinking of mould, total con to advertise this hotel! The pictures must be from when it was first built!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Unfortunately the worst accommodation I have ever experienced in my life,the view is spectacular and that is it,everything else is down hill.the hotel needs to shut down and get a total renovation.i would not recommend this hotel for anything, waste of hard working money which I regret.would never go back.

We booked hotel for 4 nights at jollytur to spend good time with my husband, as we really liked the photos and especially the view. By the photos hotel looked very nice and modern. By the day we came, we dissatisfied with almost everything except -the view. Rooms wasn't look nice inside especially bathroom is very dirty, the shower cabin was broken. The variety of the food is very poor, tea and coffee was providing with paper cups. Next day, we decide to swim in room-pool and we saw how is cleaning lady was cleaning another rooms and all the dirty water from that clean was throwing to this pool we were using on first floor that connects to rooms, of course we were shocked we wanted to cancel our stay there but they said there is no refund option from Jolly tour and the hotel. So, we should have stay there all 4 nights and we were just coming there to stay night, because also, room's sound isolation is so poor you can hear everything what is happening next room, I personally woke up at night because of loud in next room. I also didnt like the conditions of bed sheets like plastik and looked a. bit dirty. Anyway, I really do not recommend to stay there waste of money with unsatisfied condition. dont book just because of photos

A great hotel with great rooms with Oludeniz view surrounding with green mountains.
A very good breakfast open buffet and a great and friendly Manager his name is Berk, he helped us the whole stay with upgrading the rooms and all the facilities.

Otel aileler için uygun, biz memnun kaldık. Havuz kullanımı düzenli, odalar temiz ve ferah. Sadece otopark konusunda çok sıkıntılı bir bölge, aracı olanlar için zorluk yaratıyor. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bize çok yardımcı oldu, çok güleryüzlüydü. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık.

Very dirty

Straight out of a horror movie.
We were told we were “upgraded” to a walk-out pool room, but to even get to the room we had to go down two separate elevators, through multiple long hallways, a restaurant, three staircases, and puddles of smelly fish water on the ground. When we finally opened the door, the room was covered in mold — the walls were literally black with it. It was so bad I wouldn’t put an animal in that room.
When we refused to stay there, the only “alternative” they offered was a room that looked like a used workers’ quarters: a pull-out bed on the floor and a large hole in the door next to the handle covered with a measly thin layer of tape, making it unsafe and easily opened from the outside. Completely unacceptable.
We left the hotel exhausted, hungry, and still salty from the beach, forced to search late at night for another hotel. To make matters worse, this was the day after my fiancée and I got engaged - instead of celebrating, we were dealing with this nightmare.
The management was unprofessional and the office smelled of cigarettes and had alcohol bottles lying around. They promised a refund, but have yet to process it through Hotels.com.
This hotel is unethical, unsafe, and unsanitary and is not in compliance with basic health and safety standards. You are better off sleeping outside than at this hotel. Do not book here.

Resepsiyondaki kız çok suratsız bilgi vermiyor. Otel bomboş beni zar zor erken aldı.
Akşamki resepsiyon görevlisi söyledi anlaşmalı oldukları beach varmış.
Ölüdenize servis yok. Yani benim işimi kolaylaştırsan ne olacak memnun kalmadım.

Temizlik idare eder çarşafların üzerinde kalan kıllardan tiksindim. Manzarası için tutmuştum. Yemekler ortalamanın altında.

Un hôtel qui ne mérite même pas une étoile, mis à part la vue.
Les chambres sont insalubres : humidité omniprésente, murs qui s'effritent, moisissures dans la salle de bain et odeur difficile à supporter.
Impossible de se reposer sereinement.
La nourriture est médiocre, toujours les mêmes plats sans choix ni qualité. L'insonorisation est inexistante, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines, y compris les enfants en crise. Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour placer les clients de manière plus logique, et n'est pas particulièrement agréable ni serviable.
La piscine et la vue pourraient être des points positifs, mais la propreté laisse également à désirer.
En résumé : hôtel à éviter absolument, mis à part la vue rien n'est correct.

Die Betten waren auf Wunsch getrennt. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Die Unterkunft sauber aber nicht trotzdem nicht perfekt. Im Großen und Ganzen eine solide 8/10 Hotel

L'hôtel est très confortable surtout je me demandais si les gens qui venais ici etais en vacance ils boudent tous devant leur portable, 😁 si non tres calme pour le repos général.
