Ruim appartement middenin de stad
Pros:

Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, uitstekende bedden. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met veel vers fruit, ter plekke werd het fruit versneden.
Mogelijkheid om een deel van onze koffers even te stockeren terwijl wij genoten van een safari.

Family Holiday
Pros:

Everything was excellent... but our favourite part had to be the breakfast buffet! It was really nice.

The location was perfect & close to the shopping areas & malls.

Cons:

The process of getting to the swimming pool was a bit tiresome. But once there, the kids had an amazing time.

For guests staying with kids & for a few days, a washing machine would be a plus.

Amazing stay in the city center, highly recommended

I like the apartment. the Cleanliness, the space and the soundproof windows.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I found some of the staff at the breakfast area to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Lack of proper customer
service. Trying to please some other folks too much and ignore others depending on maybe status, or race...they don't greet or even try to open the door to the breakfast area just stare and look down. They are so embarrassing.
I am speaking specifically to one of the "man" with a brown jacket. I think he is the head waiter. Its too bad. However, most of the staff are kind and helpful like the room service, housekeeping staff and reception are amazing. Thank you.

Our stay at aura suites was fabulous, everything from location to staff friendlies was excellent. Special mention for Mr Arun of FnB who made our family dinner at their roof top restaurant was up to the mark. Thank you Aura suites for making our trip very comfortable.
