Enjoyable
Pros:

Very modern, clean & comfortable one bedroom flat with a large kitchen and shower room. Staff was kind & helpful.

Cons:

The kitchen has minimal equipment and would be an investment to set it up properly with dish washing items, and the basics, such as salt, pepper, etc.

Pros:

Central location, staff friendly, great view on DSM, space, cleanliness, excellent shower and mattress, flats going to back are quiet. Great to have breakfast and dinner option available and room service. After a long day at work this is really convenient.

Cons:

Simple dinner (chicken burger with fries) was cold twice in two separate weeks. Once it arrived late, but the second time it arrived within 20min, so I don't understand how it can be cold unless it was re-heated which would be very bad. Wine list limited (no good quality: KWV or better white wine for example).

very good, well-balanced, nutritious breakfast; heart-welcoming and courteous behaviour from all staff. Appreciable work by housekeeping staff.

Cons:

Please provide chairs to the receptionists to avoid occupational health problems.

An Excellent memorable stay
Pros:

Delicious breakfast with a variety of cuisines every day. They will also serve a variety of food from your region. excellent public relations maintained by the managers, Mr Arun & Mr Rajendra, courteous reception by receptionists, serving staff, housekeeping teams. I didn't feel it like staying in a hotel, more like home.
