Lovely stay only one night but wish we had longer. Felt so welcome and comfy! Love it!!!

Lovely hotel on the water

Lovely old mansion turned Inn on the Promenade. Beautiful room and delicious food. Very nice bar and relaxing places to sit and enjoy the moment.

Great service in a unique setting.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to walk into Oban. Beautiful decor and excellent staff and service. The Porcini restaurant and the included breakfast was wonderful. Only matter was our room and bathroom were fairly small. But overall it was high calibre lodging!

Breakfast was wonderful, as was dinner. Nice location and friendly people.
The bed was a bit short. I’m 5’ 11” and my feet hung off the bottom!

Every single staff person was friendly, helpful and worked hard to make my our stay wonderful. Breakfasts and dinner were excellent. Even the takeaway breakfast they supplied for our early departure was perfect. Our room #11 was spotless and plenty of room (contrary to other reviews). We did hear a lot of water noise from an adjacent bathroom which sounded like it was directly behind our headboard. Other than that, this was truly a perfect 3 nights.

Nice friendly cozy place with comfortable beds

Great location with easy parking - we loved the modern decor and signature boutique rooms - although a little smaller than hoped. Comfortable large bed and great shower. Excellent breakfast.

I only stayed one night, so can only speak to my experience in room 11. 11. I advise to never stay in room 11:00. Basically it's like sleeping in the shower of the adjacent room. 12. Not especially noisy neighbors, but every move, every gargle, every sentence, every sneeze was amplified by my headboard being 6 in from their bathroom. Number 11 should never have been a room. It was simply impossible to sleep. The next morning they apparently lost my breakfast slip and so there was none. I was very happy to leave.

This hotel was our favorite of the 4 we stayed at during our 12 day vacation. Food was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful. We were said to love on to our next stop.

This hotel was in an excellent location—on the quiet end of town, but an easy walk to restaurants and to the ferry terminal.

Great hotel, lovely views, service was brilliant and the restaurant had some the best food we had on our Scottish trip.
