An sich top - Nachtdienstpersonal leider nicht kundenorientiert.

Die Lage, das Zimmer, 24h Service, Kaffee und Tee 24/7 inklusive, Skylounge

Cons:

Nachtdienstpersonal extrem nicht kundenorientiert: hatten Parkplatz dazugebucht (nur deshalb dieses Hotel ausgewählt) Hotel hatte techn Probleme und Parkplatzprobleme. Mitarbteiter war extrem unfreundlich und gab uns das Gefühl, wir sollten doch gleich wieder abreisen.

Also, kurz gesagt, Bad okay, am Bett lag auf dem Boden noch Schmutz, 2x ca 3 cm,
Frühstück, sehr, sehr einfach, nicht lecker, Käse z.B. hat nur geklebt, Brötchen waren papig, Müslischalen zu klein, Kaffeemaschine - Anzahl 1 für ca. 50-60 Personen zu wenig.

Tierliebstes Hotel das ich je erlebt habe!
Pros:

Das Teams ist besonders gastfreundlich und tierlieb! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich habe noch nie ein Hotel erlebt, das so liebevoll Tierbesuchern begegnet ist. Wir haben direkt unseren nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht und freuen uns aufs nächste Mal!

Alles war super. Da es sehr warm war, konnten wir sogar früher einchecken. Das Personal war generell sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
