Maybe I was just unlucky?

Walking distance from / to the airport

Cons:

Long wait to check in then my two credit cards were refused due to the reception procedure of tap and pin which I have never done in any country. My friend had to pay my bill. Later in the restaurant I used my card and it work. Very embarrassing at reception.
Finding the lifts to the first floor were difficult.
My room had tea and coffee facilities yet no tea or coffee so I tried to contact reception but the room phone didn’t work.So I had to visit reception.
My bedside lamp didn’t work everything was plugged in.
