Pros:

The location of this hotel is absolutely outstanding — it’s right next to the Prometheus Cave, and you can literally take the boat ride down and arrive directly at the hotel entrance. The surroundings are beautiful with fresh, clean air and a very peaceful atmosphere.

A special shout-out to Luka — he deserves the highest praise. We asked for help many times and he was always kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. His service made our stay even better.

We loved the SPA and the jacuzzi — both were fantastic and definitely a highlight of the hotel.


Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily visit again! 🌟

Cons:

What could be improved: the pillows were not very comfortable, and the food at the restaurant lacked flavor in comparison to the rest of the great experience.

Pros:

Staff at the reception was really helpful and hospitable. I asked them for a bottle opener for vine, and couple of forks, and they helped without a question. The room was clean, bed mattress was comfortable.

Relax pace e natura
Pros:

La struttura è composta da due blocchi adiacenti, noi abbiamo soggiornato in quello più nuovo pertanto a livello di confort e pulizia un bel 9 ci sta.
L'hotel ha una bella piscina che però è fredda di giorno e ghiacciata di notte, ma a sopperire ci sono due belle vasche idromassaggio all'aria aperta favolose.
Lo staff è molto gentile, non ci è piaciuta la camera in cui ci hanno messo e ne hanno subito trovato un altra più confortevole. Il ristorante è praticamente aperto tutto il giorno, puoi anche ordinare da asporto e consumare a bordo piscina o in camera. La colazione è abbondante ed ha un grande varietà anche di cose dolci che non sono scontatissime in una nazione che a quanto pare fa solo colazioni salate.
Concludo col dire che la struttura è a due passi da un complesso di grotte e che il Tour termina con una passeggiata in barca esattamente sotto l'hotel.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'hotel si trova in paese un po' fuori mano pertanto ci si arriva solo in macchina, e per via della distanza da kutaisi, la città principale più vicina, chiamare un taxi ti può arrivare a costare anche 70/80₾
Ma nel complesso la sua distanza dal caos cittadino lo rende un oasi di pace e tranquillità.
