Pros:

Location - just next to Prometeus cave

Cons:

Too many things didn't work as expected. For example, a door to a bathroom could be fully closed. Toilet required playing with flush buttons to operate. Bathrobes were of different kind and one without a belt. Doors to spa zome were open, with with lights switched off and sauna/jacuzzi turned off. Internet wasn't working for 2 days with no visible attempts to fix it.

Overall - newly built and poorly run hotel to provide overnight stay for large organised groups travelling by bus. Solo/family travellers are likely not their target audience.

Pros:

В номерах чисто, свежий ремонт.
На ужин в ресторане огромные порции, и довольно вкусно.
Есть халаты, тапочки.

Cons:

В номере ужасно пахло канализацией. И судя по тому, что мы иногда ловили этот запах даже на улице — эта проблема не только у нас.
Ремонт хоть и свежий, но явно низкого качества. В коридорах уже ощущается неровный пол, дверь из номера на балкон открывается с трудом. Плохие дешёвые подушки.
На ужин в ресторане было худшее белое вино, которое мы когда-либо пробовали в Грузии. Очень скудный завтрак.

В целом, все выглядит как на фотографиях, но все чего не видно на фото, сделано плохо.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is absolutely outstanding — it’s right next to the Prometheus Cave, and you can literally take the boat ride down and arrive directly at the hotel entrance. The surroundings are beautiful with fresh, clean air and a very peaceful atmosphere.

A special shout-out to Luka — he deserves the highest praise. We asked for help many times and he was always kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. His service made our stay even better.

We loved the SPA and the jacuzzi — both were fantastic and definitely a highlight of the hotel.


Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily visit again! 🌟

Cons:

What could be improved: the pillows were not very comfortable, and the food at the restaurant lacked flavor in comparison to the rest of the great experience.

Pros:

Staff at the reception was really helpful and hospitable. I asked them for a bottle opener for vine, and couple of forks, and they helped without a question. The room was clean, bed mattress was comfortable.
