Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant. We asked multiple times to turn on the sauna, but the staff merely pretended to help, and it never actually worked during our stay. The staff was generally distant and unfriendly, but the security was unacceptable-a guard was literally screaming at guests whenever any issue arose. To make matters worse, the breakfast was completely tasteless. The hotel falls far short of expectations, and we definitely have no desire to return.

Postele se nám zdály ušmudlané. V pokoji chybí nábytek na odložení kufru a v koupelně chyɓí háčky a také kelímek a prostor na odložení věcí.

Нам понравилось место расположения, очень красивое место, гостиница выглядит красиво , большой уличный бассейн и джакузи отличный, ресторан красивый и вкусный, массажист при гостинице делает отличные массажи!!! Завтраки — шведский стол ( но всегда одинаковый, все дни)

Мы приехали на 6 дней , для длительного прибывания номер не удобный, маленький, за все дни ни разу не меняли постельное белье, как то странно для 4 звезд гостиницы, купальные костюмы сушить негде, полотенца тоже, постельное было порвано и новые полотенца, которые меняли тоже. В душе купались, из кабины вода текла , когда включали уборку полы не убирали . И самый большой минус это посторонние люди на бассейне , не проживающие в гостинице!!! Каждый день полные лежаки приезжих людей , не живущих в гостинице, не было мест нам на бассейне ?!? Я плачу деньги, а мест нет!!! Плавать негде, чужие люди , мои вещи нужно смотреть , что бы не взяли???а внутренний якобы бассейн и джакузи маленькие очень, нет места !!!

В целом всё очень неплохо.
Pros:

Завтрак хороший, несмотря на то, что всё одинаково каждый день. Но более, чем достаточно для завтрака.

Cons:

Плохо работает дверь на балкон. И слишком хорошая слышимость из коридора, что не очень хорошо из-за большого количества маленьких детей.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau, le personnel très à l’écoute et ils parlent bien anglais ! Nous nous sommes fait masser par une superbe masseuse. Et le petit déjeuné était assez bon! Et les grottes sont vraiment à 5 min de l’hôtel

Cons:

Le jacuzzi était froid, les oreillers assez dur et nous n’avions pas de couette mais seulement un draps.

Una camera con un bagno minuscolo venduta come "suite". Lenzuola che non arrivavano ai piedi e un bagno invivibile da quanto fosse piccolo. Colazione niente di che ma passabile. La spa è utilizzabile e seppur essenziale direi buona e la piscina è grande. Personale gentile e disponibile rendono il soggiorno passabile.
