Je recommande cet établissement et j’y retournerais avec plaisir ! Personnel accueillant, aimable et professionnel
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’agencement et la propreté des lieux.

Cons:

Les 6 séries d’escaliers pour accéder à la chambre au dernier étage : le seul point négatif mais au moins c’est un sport quotidien ! L’architecture de l’hôtel est fait ainsi donc ce n’est pas si grave je dirais.

Location ottima, pulizia ottima, cordialità ottima ma purtroppo comunicazione pessima.

Cons:

Prima di partire ho ricevuto una valanga di: mail, messaggi su Booking, e what’s app.
Molti di questi messaggi erano simili ma non uguali, quindi ti lasciano confuso. Estremamente negativo e stato il fatto che ho ricevuto ben 2 messaggi su what’s app contenenti tutte le informazioni del mio soggiorno corrette in cui mi si diceva che la mia prenotazione non era andata a buon fine perché la mia carta non era stata accettata ( messaggio palesemente Phishing)Ho contattato Booking ( non mi hanno mai risposto) e l’hotel, che mi ha scritto che sono al corrente della situazione dicendo che accade quando si prenota con altre piattaforme.

Konumu iyi. Tren istasyonuna, metroya ve otobüs durağına yakın. İstasyona yakın olduğu için binada titremeler oluyor ama rahatsız edecek seviyede değildi. Yataklar rahat. Odanın ve banyonun havalandırması iyi. Banyoda ve yatak başlarında eşyalarınızı koyacak yeterli yer var. Ara kattaki minik mutfağı beğendik ama su ısıtıcısının odada olmasını tercih ederdim.

Cons:

Rezervasyon oluştururken alt kat istemiştik ancak aksine en üst kat denk geldi. Koridorlar çok dik ve dar olduğu için bavul çıkarıp indirmek zor oldu. Tuvalet kağıdı yerini ince dispenser peçeteler konulmuştu. Odalarda tek kullanımlık terlikler olsa güzel olurdu.

Horrendous noise from trains that rattle the room
Pros:

Great location, cheap for London, clean rooms.

Cons:

HORRENDOUS noise. Not just a bit of noise, the trains rattle the door and fixtures in the room from approx 4:30am every 2-5 mins depending on departures and arrivals. Totally unusable room for sleeping. Would never recommend staying in this hotel.
I wasn’t allowed to take my room key with me. I had to drop it back to the reception before I left to get food. Very odd.
The stairs down to my basement room were very steep and unsafe. No light until you get onto the second or third step and you can barely walk down with a suitcase. Had to do multiple trips.

Fab location.
Pros:

Fabulous location. You can get on the London sightseeing bus virtually outside the hotel. The room was perfect for a solo traveller. Will definitely stay again.
