Impeccable stay with truly exceptional service
Pros:

Everything — but above all, the people. Emilia and her entire team made our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment they welcomed us, we felt genuinely looked after: attentive without being intrusive, always checking if we needed anything, always with a smile. That kind of warmth and care is rare, and it turned a great stay into an exceptional one.

The accommodation itself leaves nothing to be desired. Every detail is taken care of. The room was cleaned daily, the pool was always spotless and ready to enjoy, and the whole property was beautifully maintained throughout our stay.

The on-site restaurant is excellent quality, and breakfast in particular was incredible — the perfect way to start every day.

A fantastic choice in Kuta Lombok. Beautiful, spotless, and run by a team that treats you like family. We’ll definitely be back.

Un peu déçu trop de bruits nuisibles

Le personnel, propreté

Cons:

Dommage les travaux de construction très proche gâche le moment calme u bord de la piscine impossible de rester… et les travaux le soir proche des chambres sont pas très agréable non plus.
La nourriture manque de saveur

Pros:

The refunded all of my stay as I was not able to stay there because of the building noise going on.

Cons:

They were building and renovating their facilities. There was also building going on around the surrounding lots and this should have been mentioned on booking.com for people to see before booking.

Tolle Anlage und bei den Hostelzimmern viele Bäder. Freie Nutzung des Yogaraums. Tolle Mitarbeiter und gutes Essen! Der Pool ist super. Sie geben sich viel Mühe den Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste zu optimieren.

Cons:

Die angebotenen Aktivitäten fanden leider durch geringe Teilnehmerzahl selten bis gar nicht statt. Yoga fand vor Ort nicht statt - sie hatten dafür eine Kooperation mit einem Yogastudio. Lärm von der Baustelle nebenan (dafür kann das Hotel leider nichts). Allerdings hat man in den Zimmern davon nichts gehört und war meistens tagsüber unterwegs.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Delicious food. Very nice staff.

Cons:

It is located a bit far from the main road (around 10 minutes on foot), which is good because it is peacefull, but the road is bumpy and a lot of construcions is happening around. I guess when it finishes and when the road is improved it will be great.

Una experiencia increíble de principio a fin.
Porter fue exactamente lo que estaba buscando y mucho más. Encontré el equilibrio perfecto entre el surf, el descanso y el bienestar. Las instalaciones son hermosas, el ambiente es relajado y todo está cuidado hasta el último detalle.

Lo que realmente hizo especial nuestra estadía fue la calidad humana de las personas que están detrás de este lugar. Un agradecimiento especial a María y a Emilia, por su calidez, hospitalidad y por hacerme sentir tan cómodo y cerca de casa durante toda nuestra estancia.

10/10. Muy recomendable.

Lovely stay to recharge
Pros:

Hotel, food, staff are amazing

Cons:

The location right now is a bit difficult to get to because it's on a street where there's a lot of building. Im sure in a few years this street will be very lively and nice but now it was a little bit of a walk to a nicer area
