Pros:

Perfect location to walk to Saturday farmers market and bagel shop next door. Very clean room and spacious lobby.

Cons:

Overpriced for what was offered. No breakfast included and not even a water bottle in the room for $200/night. Friendly checkin but manager at end of stay offered no smile or any words to us at all. Layout of lobby with open bar can be tricky once a loud, imbibed crowd takes over.

Convenient location in the downtown area. Very comfortable and clean room.
Pros:

I liked the location in proximity to being downtown and I could walk places. I did not realize I would be woken up by a train, but maybe that would be the same anywhere you stayed. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

My only concern was that the tv did not work. It was scrambled all the time and there was not much of a channel selection.

The price you pay is well above what you get.
Pros:

The main lobby was well decorated.

Cons:

The breakfast was overpriced. The TV in our room didn't work. Maintenance tried resetting it but they weren't able to fix so our family had no entertainment in the room. The pool was clean and dirty as some guest spilled cashews all over the pool deck and they threw them in the pool. We were literally stepping in cashews in the pool. There were alot. The hotel staff came in to refill towels but didn't feel the need to clean up the mess. The beds were also lumpy and stiff so both my husband and I had backaches in the morning. We've stayed at quite a few hotels all over the world and the price we paid for the room did not equal what we got. We won't be staying here again.

Pros:

the Facilities were clean, Staff exceptional and location we perfect as we were able to park the car at the hotel and walk to our event a couple of blocks away in downtown Owatonna

Cons:

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the bed was super comfy. The AC isn't accurate. I had it turned down to 66, at home I sleep at 72 and didn't sleep great because I was so hot. Otherwise, the property itself and the staff were great.

Pros:

We stayed here for a softball tournament, and the beds were very comfortable which helped us get a quality nights sleep to prepare for the next full days worth of games. The area is very quiet and whole stay was very enjoyable.
