Pros:

Positiv

- Danke an Emre für deine Hilfsbereitschaft und dein Wissen die du uns geteilt hattest. Emre ist ein sehr kompetenter freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter.

- sehr zentral gelegen, 2 Stationen entfernt von Eminönu (zentraler Ort). Von dort aus ist Schiffahrten, Aya Sofia etc. in der nähe.

- kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind gegeben.

Negativ

- Das Hotel ist nicht sauber / hygienisch.
- es roch nach Zigaretten, sobald man die Tür betritt.
- Der kleine Garten ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.


Zum schlafen reicht das Hotel aus, mehr leider aber auch nicht.

Wir waren 4 Tage vorort.

Mein tipp an den Hotelbetreiber: Sie haben ein guten Zentralen Ort, mit kostenlose Parkplätzen . Ich empfehle Ihnen, mehr auf Qualität zu achten ( Frühstück z.B. anzubieten), den Garten gestalten, Zimmerhygiene zu achten; die duschen komplett zu renovieren etc.

Qualität statt Quantitativ.

Pros:

Wir waren 5 Nächte hier und waren sehr zufrieden der Ausblick, abends relativ ruhig kann man sich gut ausruhen vor allem die Mitarbeiter/in Riesen Dankeschön an Emin Emre Sahra und Nasser
Super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

The location of the hotel is close to touristic places such as Taksim, Eminonu and Balat and very close to public transportation stations. Two minutes from the beach. There is parking and it is free, which is perfect, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room with the balcony was full, it has a very nice view, I hope I will choose the room with the balcony next time.

Pros:

Die Reservierung unserer Freunde wurde vor Ort nicht gefunden. Es wurde ein höherwertiges Zimmer angeboten für 200€ mehr, obwohl ihnen eine Reservierungsbestätigung vorlag. Die Besitzer waren unverschämt. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man nicht mal einen Koffer vernünftig öffnen konnte. Dusche ist fast auseinander gefallen. Bad teilweise dreckig. Frische Handtücher konnten erst auf Nachfrage am nächsten Tag bereitgestellt werden. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen!
