We should have at least the following:

1. Mineral water in rooms
2. Tea coffee in rooms
3. Disposable sleepers
4. Electrical adaptor to suit need of foreign travellers as only C type sockets were available in rooms

Customer service was extremely appalling!
Pros:

We were cousin brother and sister travelling together on business. The reason for travel was updated at the time of booking along with the names. The property even called to confirm and also sent multiple reminders and ultimatums asking for the payment saying it's policy, where as the platform said we can pay when we reach... regardless.... although they sent all these messages and made calls for confirmation they forgot to ask and or mention that they can only allow married couples to take a room if they belong to the opposite gender. When we did reach the room tired from a 5am flight and wanting to rest, we were met with judgement and rude behavior of the staff without asking enough question, checking and or offering help! It's is ok if it is one of the property's rule, but what they could have done is being patient as we were visibly exhausted and offered us options politely rather then insinuation the worst and judging.

Cons:

The attitude and the behavior of the staff. It's possible to understand a situation and help accordingly rather than accuse, be rude and judge!

Unsere Kreditkarte funktionierte für die Zahlung auf Anhieb.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Bereits beim Betreten der Lobby ein gutes Gefühl, trotz Hinterhoflage.
Badezimmer, Matratze, Kissen neu,
vermutlich kürzlich renoviert.

Cons:

Knifflig zu finden auf Grund der Hinterhoflage und da nur "URBAN Hotel" auf den Schildern steht.
Hellhörig, Ohropax erforderlich für ruhigen Schlaf (Eckzimmer mit lauten Geräuschen von Treppenhaus, Flur und Aufzug).
Leider blättert der Neuanstrich ab: optisch nicht so ansprechend.

Small room, including breakfast have limited items with deep fried & spicy item.
I miself donot eat fried item and spicy items thus for me (Myself) was only Poha and bread butter.
There should be 2 items non fried foods
