Nice location but too noisy for us.
Pros:

Nice apartment block and felt secure. Room and bathroom was nice and spacious. It was a short walk to a big shopping centre nearby.

Cons:

The room had a door that linked to the room next to us, the first two nights were fine but on the 3rd morning we woke up to an alarm at 7am that was not ours and could hear absolutely everything from the room next door, even putting the kettle on and chatting. We realised we didn’t have neighbours for those first two blissful nights, they weren’t being deliberately loud, it was just not sound proof in any way and I felt on edge for the rest of the trip.

We wished we had known this place earlier!
Pros:

My partner and I stayed here for a week. We really loved the location because it was right across from Valley Fair mall, right next to Santana Row, and within a 10-15 minute drive to countless restaurants, bars, boba tea shops, shopping centers, or supermarkets. The building was very well-maintained and smelled very pleasant inside. The check-in process was easy, but make sure you check in before 10 PM, or they charge some fees, which were not disclosed on Booking.com.
Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The shower was great. This is an all-suite hotel, so we really enjoyed being able to cook and live like at home. We managed to save over $400 a week from food. We had a cooktop, bowls, plates, and many other kitchen utensils in the room. The place provided coffee and hot water 24/7 (BIG THANK YOU!!!). The facility has two laundry rooms, a gym, and a common kitchen area, which opens from 8 AM to 9 PM. Parking was very secure because the gate was closed at all times, and guests could access it by remote control. They charge $10 each day for parking. The surrounding areas were very quiet throughout the day, so we rested very well during our stay. We wished we had known this place earlier!

Cons:

Check-in after 10 PM is considered late and not free, which seemed "ridiculous" to me. I am so glad I decided to stop by to check in at 8 PM before going to eat. The facility was not clear about quiet hours, although it was not a big deal. To put it simply, they do not lock the gym, laundry, and common kitchen doors after 9 PM, but they ask that tenants not use these facilities to prevent noise and disturbing other tenants. Housekeeping service was not free during stay.

Very clean, great location. Staff very friendly. Easy walk across the street to the Westfield mall and Santana Row close by. Full size fridge freezer, ideal when you want to save some money by getting some groceries. Bed was too firm (for me, back problems). I ended up buying a $30 3mattress topper the next day and slept fine the rest of the time. Met my needs, well kept, and was a safe location.
