Comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

Comfortable bed and private bathroom. Great hosts. Long time hosts who try hard to take care of the guests.

Pros:

We were only there one night but we were in a bit of an emergency and needed a last minute hotel and they accommodated us wonderfully. I can’t say enough about the staff and cleanliness of the hotel, they really saved us and gave us a great experience for our last 30 hours in Istanbul. They were also very communicative when I had questions.

Istanbul asiatisch - tolles Wochenende im perfekten Hotel!
Pros:

Super freundlich, an der Rezeption (mehrere) und beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist fantastisch für den asiatischen Teil. Moda, ein supercooles Viertel zum Ausgehen und flanieren vor der Haustüre. Direkt am Fährhafen für schnelles Übersetzen mach Europa. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Bad neu/modern eingerichtet. Preis/Leistung aus meiner Sicht absolut top!

Cons:

Die 2-3 Kleinigkeiten sind nicht der Rede wert.

Veilig en betrouwbaar.
Pros:

Je krijgt je Turks ontbijt beneden op een bordje. Je hoeft alleen aan te geven of je eieren wilt en hoe je ze wilt hebben.

Cons:

Ik had een slecht bed. Waardoor mijn rugklachten erger werden. Ik kon een nieuwe kamer krijgen. Maar ik heb het opgelost met een extra deken dat was uiteindelijk ook goed gegaan.

SORRISI E ACCOGLIENZA
Pros:

Personale sorridente, disponibile e sempre accogliente.
Alla reception c'è una persona H24 che accoglie sempre con il sorriso.
La struttura è pulita e le camere hanno minibar (acqua in bottiglia sempre presente) e hanno un bollitore con bustine di thè e caffè sempre rifornito.
La lingua è un problema ma la volontà di farsi capire e rendersi utile lo supera.
La posizione è ottima per tutti i servizi (cibo,farmacie, negozi) e tutti i trasporti (tram, traghetto, pullman e metro).
La zona è viva ma sicura.
Super consigliato!

Cons:

La colazione. Avrei preferito a buffet ma quello che danno è fresco e il bis o tris è a disposizione.
