Loved loved this hotel!
The rooms are spacious, modern and aesthetically pleasing.
Equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine, which were very helpful. BUT they did not provide a drying rack, which was slightly inconvenient.
Bathroom was decent; shower was good, but lacked space to put one’s own toiletries.
Separate gyms for men and women available 24/7!
Sadly no pool.
Breakfast was enjoyable.
Coffee machine is open to guests 24/7! (Though too strong for my taste)
They provide free snacks every Mon, Tue & Wed between 6-8pm, which I found to be a lovely gesture.
Staff is kind and accommodating.
Location is good, but u can sometimes get stuck in traffic when leaving the hotel.
A very comfortable stay - would definitely recommend!

The breakfast buffet and its staff.
After careful evaluation, we have determined that the service did not meet our expectations and did not represent good value for the cost.
The accommodations were unsatisfactory for several reasons. Parking facilities were inadequate, and the air conditioning appeared to be poorly maintained and ineffective, which may have contributed to the rooms being smelly. An excessively heavy blanket was also provided despite the summer season. The rooms were in poor condition, noisy, and had unpleasant odors, with one bathroom exhibiting a particularly strong smell. Additionally, the exhaust fans in both bathrooms were excessively loud.
While we appreciate the staff’s willingness to assist, there appeared to be a lack of coordination and effective communication among the team, which detracted from our overall experience.
In conclusion, we believe there is considerable room for improvement in both the facilities and the quality of service.
