Disappointing stay, dark room and zero communication
Pros:

The location. That is about it.

Cons:

We stayed here during Semana Santa and honestly didn’t have a great experience.

The studio was quite dark and felt pretty dated. The furniture really didn’t match what we expected from the photos.

The bigger issue was access. One day we couldn’t get back to our room for about 7 hours because of the street closures. No one warned us this could happen, either before we arrived or during the stay. That’s a big thing not to mention.

We ended up being locked out of a room we had paid for, which just isn’t acceptable.

We also reached out afterward to ask about compensation and never got a response, which was unprofessional.

We had a great time!
Pros:

Loved the pool, breakfast and location. Lovely Clarins products in the bathroom.

Cons:

Bed was not comfy and the apartment was quite small and dark.
