Aufenthalt für New Orleans günstig, würden es aber nicht noch einmal buchen
Pros:

Es hatte eine gute Lage, wenige Gehminuten zum French Quarter, es war soweit sauber, Kaffee, Geschirrspültabs und Waschmittel jederzeit nachfüllbar.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern gebucht, die Bilder stimmen nicht mit der Buchung überein! Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster störte nicht, das Wohnzimmer hatte aber lediglich nur ein, mit Folie beklebtes Fenster und war dadurch sehr dunkel. Alle Räume sehr klein, kein Platz für Koffer oder Ablagemöglichkeit, kein Schrank. Couch war total dreckig/fleckig. Das gesamte Haus ist extrem hellhörig, Dielenfußboden lässt alle Geräusche von oben durch. Man hört den Nachbarn auf Toilette. Der Pool war schön, mit einer tollen Aussicht, aber die Poolhandtücher waren nicht immer vorhanden und dadurch das kein Personal vor Ort war, gab es viele feiernde/trinkende Gäste (am Pool und in den Gängen), wogegen nichts unternommen wurde.

Great value for money!
Pros:

Clean and modern apartment very close to French quarter! We loved the in-unit washing machine and kitchen.

Cons:

The frying pan was very scratched so I was worried about using it, also lots of noise from upstairs neighbors moving around which didn't bother us too much but might bother someone else. Overall these are small things and I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment
Pros:

The location was great, not far from Bourbon street but not close enough you can hear the noise. Quick walk to the action. Plenty of space in the apartment for two couples. Clean and tidy and had a bar downstairs which was handy. Little kitchen which had enough for breakfast etc. The rooftop pool was lovely, small pool but was great during the heat. Great space and would stay again.

Cons:

The room near the road could be noisy at night. The fan in the larger room closest to the door had something hanging from it so when you put it on it made a knocking sound. For 5 days stay extra towels would have been very handy. The washer and dryer was excellent but reckon there needs to be a load done every now and then as it was a little smelly for the first load (second was fine)

really well located and very clean

The apartment was clean; great beds and bedding and fab location

Cons:

We would have liked to use the pool earlier in the day - opens at 10am and we would have liked a swim before starting our day. The sound proofing between floors was very poor, I felt like my upstairs neighbours were in my room. Provided tea and coffee but no sugar or milk, would have been nice to have these.

If you are there in the rooms close to the front of the building on a Friday or Saturday night be prepared for some building shaking music from the wine bar at the front of the building , not sure why they need it that loud?

Praktische und zweckmäßige Unterkunft - gute Lage
Pros:

• Sehr zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
• Praktische Küchenausstattung für ein schnelles Frühstück, mit großem Kühlschrank und Eisbereiter.
• Die Bar im Gebäude bietet morgens auch Kaffee – ein netter Pluspunkt.

Cons:

• Unser Zimmer lag im Souterrain und wirkte dadurch etwas weniger einladend und eher dunkel
• Die Geräuschkulisse im Erdgeschoss war deutlich wahrnehmbar, insbesondere durch die Eingangstür.
• Insgesamt etwas weniger charmant als auf den Bildern dargestellt.

Perfect stay, and great value for money.
Pros:

Stunning property with everything we could have asked for! The beds were so comfortable we had to look at what mattresses they were to buy some for ourselves at home!

L'appartement est bien situé et confortable dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Très forte odeur très désagréable dans le couloir et ascenseur. La piscine n'est accessible que jusqu'à 8pm donc comme nous sortions dîner nous n'avons jamais pu aller ne serait ce se poser sur les transats.

Pros:

Apartament znajduje się w bliskiej odległości do Bourbon street, okolica jest spokojna, także w nocy.
Apartament był czysty, dużo ręczników, wyposażony w lodówkę i kuchenkę.
Przy 35 stopniach Celsjusza basen na dachu był zbawienny. Oczekiwania względem pobytu zostały spełnione.

Wohlgefühl
Pros:

Entsprach alles der Beschreibung. Die Betten etwas weich, aber bequem. Gute Lage nahe dem french Quarter. Gut ausgestatteter Küche für den Kurzurlaub. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die gute Waschmaschine und den perfekten Trockner. Preis/Leistung stimmte.
