Net Voldoende , wel mega vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel airco werkt perfect en vers ontbijt

Cons:

Kamertype was kleiner dan geboekt
Geen balkon wat wel bij de boeking aangegeven was
Zat ook een extra 1persoonsbed in de kamer wat niet geselecteerd was , wat ons nog minder bewegingsruimte gaf aangezien we al een kleinere kamer hadden dan gekozen.
Plots werden we middag geroepen dat we een dag extra moesten betalen
Terwijl we na 00:00 kwamen dat is dan in mijn theorie al 23juni maar volgens de hotel klopte de planning van booking.com dan niet.
We hebben zelf dan maar gekozen om dan 24ste weer uittechecken ipv 25juni en naar onze volgende bestemming te gaan ipv extra dag bij boeken. (Na mijn idee heb ik dan 1dag meer betaald) 23ingecheckt en 24ste uitgecheckt
En omdat we dan nog 1nacht daar zouden overnachten hebben we geen kamer switch gedaan aangezien wij dan weer de koffers moeten inpakken om van kamer te wisselen ,wat wel netjes door de personeel aangeboden was

Very nice place to stay. Right in the heart of the old city with walls nearby and many good restaurants. Very helpful staff. Recommended.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit meiner Mutter

Pros:

Super Lage in Gehdistanz zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber und neuwertig. Frühstück im obersten Stock mit Blick auf die Stadt

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist top und ideal für einen Städtetrip.

Cons:

Hygiene!!! Leider war das Bad nicht besonders sauber, die Handtücher zwar frisch, aber schon sehr alt. Außerdem haben wir im Zimmer einen Käfer entdeckt. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und der Aufzug hat teilweise nicht funktioniert und man hört die Geräusche von den Nachbarn und aus dem Gang sehr deutlich.
