Schönes Hotel an zentraler Lage

Super Lage in Gehdistanz zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber und neuwertig. Frühstück im obersten Stock mit Blick auf die Stadt

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist top und ideal für einen Städtetrip.

Cons:

Hygiene!!! Leider war das Bad nicht besonders sauber, die Handtücher zwar frisch, aber schon sehr alt. Außerdem haben wir im Zimmer einen Käfer entdeckt. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und der Aufzug hat teilweise nicht funktioniert und man hört die Geräusche von den Nachbarn und aus dem Gang sehr deutlich.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom compact but workable.
Great location.
Reception staff were helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast the first day they didn't serve me until 30 minutes after my arrival despite serving everyone else.
Both days my breakfast spread was more limited than others. I am a solo traveller but had not had that problem anywhere else in Turkiye.

soba koju smo dobili nakon reklamacije je bila odlična, mogli bi doduše promijeniti ručnike ujutro ali...hotel je u samom centru i ima besplatno parking mjesto...osoblje je mozda ljubazno ali nezna engleski niti slova...

Nagyon kedvesek voltak a recepción 😊 A közelben van nagyon sok étterem, vásárlási lehetőség, kávézó, közért. Közel van a városfal. Gyalog be lehet járni az egész belvárost. A parkolás nem könnyű de van rá lehetőség és kaptunk segítséget.
