Pros:

Beautiful historical hotel with courtyard. Excellent location. Beautiful rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Checking was fabulous. I ve been to many hotels where it's poor.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise! Ab 15 Uhr gibt es im Hotel nichts mehr. Kein Getränk nichts! Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Aufzug fährt so langsam, dass man lieber läuft. Auf dem WC im Aussenbereich stand frei sichtlich unter dem Waschbecken eine Rattenköderbox. Das hat uns schockiert. Am letzten Abend hatten wir im Bad eine Riesenkakerlake. Die Badtür ist rahmenlos und aus Glas. Jeder Laut ist dann um Zimmer aus dem Bad zu hören. Das ist schon sehr unangenehm. Der Preis für das ganze Drumherum ist echt eine Frechheit!

Pros:

El hotel es excepcional en su conjunto, edificio histórico perfectamente restaurado y decorado con mucho gusto, habitación amplia y muy bien decorada y equipada, con terraza privada, zona tranquila en el centro de Palma junto a la catedral.

Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage, der Preis überhöht.
Pros:

beste Lage für Altstadtbesucher hinter der Kathedrale und dem Königspalast. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum und Innenhof mit Bar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war minimalistisch im Mallorca-Stil eingerichtet. Es fehlten jedoch ein Kleiderhaken im Zimmer und Handtuchhalter im Bad. Zimmer 15.

We were wowed by the beautiful room when we walked in . The staff couldn’t do enough for you .

The Breakfast was exceptional - Great Choice everything freshly prepared and lovely service - plus we were able to have it every day in the courtyard which added to the ambiance
