El hotel es precioso, la ubicación es perfecta, y el personal muy atento y amable. Las camas muy cómodas, tengo una hernia discal y se me incomoda mucho a la hora de dormir, pero no tuve ningún problema, descanse estupendamente

It was heaven and convenient and made me happy and welcome!
Pros:

The location was amazing, next to the cathedral and walking distance to everything in old town! The staff was exceptional, made me feel like home! The sitting area outside my bedroom was classy and old and cozy. The little breakfast room precious. I will stay there again and again. And very reasonably priced!

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel dernière minute suite à un mécontentement à notre hôtel précédent. Nous sommes tombés complètement sous le charme de ce petit hôtel. Très bien situé à Palma, juste à côté de la cathédrale. Notre chambre était tellement belle, spacieuse et confortable, que nous aurions passé la semaine là-bas !

Fabuleux - vaut le détour
Pros:

On est resté deux nuits, expérience magnifique.
Hôtel Boutique de "ouff", un voyage dans le temps, magnifiquement transformé en hôtel de luxe. Accueil chaleureux, staff très sympa et cordiales, room-service parfait, propreté exemplaire. Le petit-déjeuner individuel dans la cour très différent, mais tout de même bon et frais (trop de yaourt dans les muesli à mon goût, détail insignifiant). Prix certainement un peu élevé, mais vu la situation à 50m de la cathédrale très facilement compréhensible.
Dommage qu'ils n'ont pas de restaurant, cela fonctionnerait certainement super bien. On était au Quadrat (Gault Millaut 13) avec un menu dégustation pour Euro 89.- juste incroyable qualité-prix.
Notre climatisation n'était pas réglable depuis la chambre - demandez à la réception si jamais - mais elle est super silencieuse - c'était doublement cool.
C'est une magnifique adresse d'un petit hôtel de TOUT confort et d'une situation exceptionnelle.

Cons:

La vitesse de l'ascenseur - cela fait marrer au début, ensuite on prend les escaliers pour rester en forme.
RIEN à reprocher, même si on a dû changer la chambre au début (dysfonctionnement de la clim de la chambre 17 à 40°C sous toit) - ils ont immédiatement offert un "upgrade".

I recently stayed at Can Cirera, a beautiful small boutique hotel in Palma, Mallorca, for 10 days, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Lorena at the front desk. She was not only extremely kind and accommodating, but she also surprised me by upgrading me to a much larger and more beautiful room at no extra cost – a gesture that truly made my stay special.

Each morning started with a delicious breakfast, thoughtfully prepared and served by Oksana and Flavia, who were both so friendly and attentive. Their warm smiles and lovely service made every morning feel like home.

The hotel itself is full of charm – tastefully decorated, quiet, and perfectly located for exploring the old town and nearby attractions. The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, exactly what you’d hope for in a boutique hotel.

Highly recommend Can Cirera to anyone looking for a warm, personal, and memorable stay in Palma. I will definitely be back.
