Fantastic location for views over the city but they come at a cost!!!
Pros:

The views from the Hotel outstanding. Breakfast was also very generous.

Cons:

There was no indication when booking this accommodation that you could not drive there and that you had to climb a huge number of steps to reach the front entrance. When inside the property you still had to negotiate steps to the breakfast area and also to the lounge area and to our room we were downstairs. If you were elderly or disabled you would have no chance of being able to stay!!!! Also a lack of staff available throughout the day to ask questions etc

Pros:

Everything! Delicious breakfast every morning, gorgeous pool area, amazing views from the rooftop terrace and clean and comfortable rooms. The best part is the staff, they are all so kind and treat you as family! Thank you to Hasan, melek, Berke and Taha for a perfect stay! We recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kusadasi!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in kusadasi as our base for trips to Pamakkale , Ephesus and Sirince !
Pros:

We loved the location , so close to port, shops and restaurants but in its only little oasis away from the hustle and bustle.
Very quiet, safe, beautiful bar terrace with views out to the sea,
Beautiful pool area for a refreshing dip !
Big amazing spread for daily breakfast and absolutely wonderful staff

Cons:

There are ~ 40 steps up the property but the young man helped us with luggage on arrival and departure !
It’s good exercise and will allow you to justify one more baclava!

Pros:

Wow!! This hotel is a precious piece of art! All details cared from min to max!! The best roof top ever in turkey!! With incredible romantic views! The rooms were 5 star comfort with so pleasant matresses and decorated top quality! What to say about 5 star staff!! The breakfast, superior! People at Villa Ephesus really DO care about each customer. I came down with a flu and the owner cooked a delicious soup and took a herb tea to my room! You will not find a better place to stay in Kusadasi!!

Pros:

It was truly like living in a Byzantine villa! We are in love with the exquisite decorations. The owners have such an impressive collections of Greek/Roman/Byzantine decos, you'll be pleasantly surprised at every corner! The rooftop terrace is another highlight, sunrise or sunset, we couldn't have enough of it!
Besides, we liked the location (easy to get to Ephesus Ancien City), freshly served breakfast, and the helpful staff. I would highly recommend Villa Ephesus!

Cons:

We'd appreciate more supplies of shampoo and bottled water.

Wow what a stunning hotel
Pros:

Wow what an amazing hotel . It’s like staying in a Roman mansion in Turkiye. So beautifully designed and decorated down to the smallest details. Stunning terrace where you can watch the sunset , beautiful dining area for breakfast and fabulous rooms.
The staff were so lovely and extremely helpful. It was pure 5 star luxury.

I would 100% recommend we will definitely be returning. It’s a real hidden gem 😊 beautiful 🤩

Pros:

It was too short a stay. Only one night, sadly, but an excellent location with beautiful terraces and fantastic views out across the harbour.

Cons:

The blinds let a lot of light into the room at night. The addition of blackout blinds would be a suggestion.

Нам понравилось все - интерьер, внимательный персонал, красивые виды и вкусные завтраки. Отель невероятно красивый и оформлен с большой заботой и вниманием. Внутри чисто, кровати удобные. Вид с веранды и лаунж зоны не описать словами. Очень близко от набережной (спуститься по ступенькам).
Удачно расположен для поездки в древний Эфес.
Мы очень рано уезжали на пароме, но сотрудники пошли на встречу и собрали нам не большой завтрак в дорогу.

Cons:

Из-за высокого расположения не совсем удобно с большим чемоданом. И было немного сложно найти парковку. В остальном все было просто великолепно!

l'accoglienza! personale cordiale e gentilissimo. la struttura è molto bella e particolare. la colazione super! ottima la vista; peccato non aver potuto sperimentare la piscina (perchè arrivati la sera, in ritardo, e in partenza la mattina presto); la posizione, super centrale e con vista sulla baia, supera il piccolo disagio di doverla raggiungere facendo delle scale.

Wirklich außergewöhnlich schönes Gesamtensemble mit sehr schönen und geräumigen Zimmern und Bädern. Leckeres Frühstück, guter Service und freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage, dennoch mitten im Herzen der Altstadt. Privater Parkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden, es gibt aber auch gute Straßenparkplätze, wenn man Glück hat. Gerne wieder!

Das WLAN war langsam und das Signal war oft nicht verfügbar oder brach ab.
