Great stay!
Pros:

Spacious unique ottoman style room, big comfortable bed, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and quiet location. However, do note that there is a flight of stairs (maybe about 15-20 steps) to reach the hotel as it is located on a hill. The cab will not be able to drop you off directly at the hotel, hence you may want to whatsapp the staff in advance so that they can help you with the big luggage.

Cons:

There is no temperature regulation in the bathroom so it gets quite cold at night and in the morning.

Highly recommend this hotel if mobility is not an issue. Would stay here again if we returned to the area.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with a lovely historic style in the heart of old town. Comfortable bed and excellent shower in the bathroom. Staff is very attentive, helped with suitcases on the stairs and recommended restaurants and sights. The traditional Turkish breakfasts were delicious with enough variety to keep it interesting during our 3 day stay.

Cons:

We could easily hear neighbors and TV noise in the room next to us. But ear plugs solved that problem.

Staff needs to let guests know before arrival how to reach the hotel and its entrance. Our taxi driver had a difficult time finding the hotel even though he had a smart phone with directions. He had to ask 8 local people on the streets how to find the hotel.

The hotel is on different levels and requires climbing stairs to the breakfast room or old town. We found the many climbs to be part of the charm. But the numerous stairs could be difficult for guests with mobility issues.

A very nice hotel in the historic part of Kusadasi. Recommended.
Pros:

Outstanding view from the balcony, recently built, good service, good breakfast.

Un excelente hotel
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito y cuidado, los desayunos son copiosos y muy ricos, y lo mejor sin duda es la atención de Melek, una excelente anfitriona que nos ayudó a organizar los tours a Efeso y Pamukkale con Bilge, una guía maravillosa, encantadora y profesional.
Todo muy recomendable!!

Absolutely divine.
Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous a classic turkish breakfast with variations on the mezze and eggs everyday, we were so well looked after. This is a fabulous property, meticulously thought out and the design is worth the visit. It is a treasure in the bizarre, right near the port. We love small hotels with great design, and this fits the bill perfectly our room had views over the port, and the terrace is so romantic with fantastic views, you do feel like you are in Ephesus at its peak. It transports you back in time, but with all the modern luxuries.

Cons:

There is nothing that could be better, the staff were amazing. It is up some stairs in the main bizarre, but the staff carried all our luggage, and when we arrived it was a sanctuary.

Will stay there again.
Pros:

Rooms were beautifully decorated in Turkish style. Breakfast was very good - lots to choose from and good quality.

Cons:

A lot of stairs to reach the property. Breakfast starts too late for tour to Ephesus but may be because we were there during low season. We had to negotiate an earlier start time.

Authentic Stay in Great Location
Pros:

Great location less than a one minute walk to the Bazaar. Our room felt really authentic, loved the decor. Melek and Baric (spelling ?) were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding.
