One things great location, reception team doing great. But cleaning service was poor, they are entering without knocking

The location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you’re arriving by Havabus from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, as the bus station is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, although it could use a bit of renovation, which is quite common for many hotels in Istanbul. Overall, it offers great value for money. The room is spacious enough to accommodate up to five people.

Pros:

1. Расположение прямо возле улицы Истикляль, недалеко от метро Таксим, так что добираться до основных достопримечательностей было удобно.
2. Приветливый персонал, готовый помочь.
3. По приезду бесплатно предложили переселиться в более просторный номер, чем был заказан изначально.
4. В целом неплохой отель, если вам нужно чисто переночевать, а целыми днями вы собираетесь путешествовать по городу, для непривиредливого человека подойдёт.

Cons:

Видно, что отель не новый, отдельные части номера вроде плинтусов были старые/сломанные, была проблема с окном в спальной, когда даже в закрытом состоянии было слишком шумно ночью, её исправили после обращения
