This hotel earns the "PREMIER" in it's title!
Pros:

I stayed here for four nights and I would definitely stay here again.
The location is very good, close to Sendai JR, metro and bus stations. There is an underground walkway to Sendai JR and the metro lines right next to the hotel. It's also in an area with a lot of restaurants and shops.
The front desk staff were very professional, efficient and spoke good English. They helped me send a suitcase to Aomori.
The room was large with a good size desk and office type chair. It was very comfortable to use my laptop.
The bathroom had a bath as well as a shower.

Cons:

One of the three washing machines was out of order.
There was no bedside table, but there were electrical sockets and a USB charging socket next to the bed.
It wasn't possible to change the TV to English menus - not important to me.

良いホテルを選んだと思っています。
Pros:

12階のレストランが、とても良かった。朝食のバイキングも、ランチでいただいたお弁当（？）もおいしかったです。また浴室が広いのも気持ちがよかった。

Cons:

足が悪いので、洗面所の前に、小さな椅子でもあればよかったと思います。また、ないものねだりかもしれませんが、ダブルベッドは、両側どちらからでもベッドへ入れるよう配置されている方がいいと思います。壁際についていると、壁際から夜トイレへ行こうとするともう一人をまたいでいかなければならず、足元が不安定で、結局相手を踏んで起こしてしまったりするので。

離車站非常近，樓下有星巴克和711，對面也有餐廳及松本清！

Cons:

房間好小，隔音也很差，廁所有排水孔的臭味，且浴室居然沒有暖氣或排風的功能。
