予想以上に良かったです！
Pros:

まずロケーションが良かったです。また、アメニティ(化粧品など)、タオルが大小様々置いてあった点(ダブルを1人で泊まったことを除いても)、ミネラルウォーターがサービスで置いてあった点、清潔さ、何よりユニットバスではなくシャワー室があった点がとても良かったです(湯船でリラックスできた)。シャンプーやコンディショナーも好きな香りでした。1Fにコンビニやスタバがあったのも嬉しかったです！

Cons:

とくに無いです。エレベーターの操作に最初まごつきましたが、3回目以降は慣れました。

Great location and super convenient
Pros:

Location is superb. Facilities are fantastic especially the washer/dryers and the parking attached at the ground floor was so helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable - could do with more space for clothes but the same across Japan. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Cons:

Soundproofing is poor - didn’t sleep great as you could hear the guests above especially.

Fantastic hotel and would highly recommend to stay.
Pros:

Hotel is located in a great location very close to Sendai rail station with shopping and 10’s of restaurants close by.

Cons:

No negatives, hotel appears quite new and rooms are quiet and comfortable.
