Pros:

Lo staff è stato top! Tutti molto gentili e hanno fatto il possibile per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La posizione e il parcheggio.

Cons:

La camera assegnata puzzava di umidità ed era molto fredda. Hanno dovuto spostarci 2 volte di camera ma con la gentilezza dello staff non è stato difficile per niente.
Bisognerebbe dare una rinfrescata alle camere, pitturare i muri.

Overall a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend and come back here.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The place was beautiful and it had a great view of La Peña.

Cons:

The WiFi connection was terrible, we couldn’t even watch tv because it would connect. I think downstairs was better though.

Buena relación Precio-calidad
Pros:

La ubicación y la decoración del hotel es lo que más nos gustó.

Cons:

Al llegar nos mencionaron que no aceptaban mascotas cuando en las política decía lo contrario. Al final aceptaron que fue un error de ellos el no tener actualizadas las politicas e hicieron la excepción de aceptar a nuestra mascota .

Otra cosa que no nos agradó es que entre semana no tienen servicio de restaurante ni siquiera para el desayuno 😢

My room was pretty dark. I also feel that for the piece I paid, 100 USD, the quality of the amenities shall be rather better. While the hotel had a very interesting layout, the touch and feel was a bit cheap. .

El staff fue super atento, cuando fui no tenían cafetería, sin embargo, eso no importo porque el staff nos ayudó a tener la mesa lista para que pudiéramos pedir algo. Lo recomiendo aparte que la ubicación está muy bien!
