Pros:

I was supposed to stay for two nights. As soon as I saw my room I wanted to leave. I did stay one night due to the penalty and checked out the next day. My parent’s and brother Checked out two days early. I went through Expedia to get a refund. My brother sat in the lobby and argued with the management to get a refund. He did finally get a refund for two nights. The in house manager gave us one answer and the big boss wanted to charge my brother for two night. I must say the staff was friendly, but unfortunately the rooms were smelly- mine smelt like a urinal and my brother’s room had a strong smell of smoke. My Parents room had exposed kettle wire and no hot water at all. The phones didn’t work and not everyone had WiFi. .The ocean had strong currents and very windy.
We drove a little further and stayed st 22 Welligama bay beach resort and it was perfect.
