Location handy for Victoria Station, but every time I left building there seemed to be a guest having a cigarette outside my ground floor bedroom!
Didn’t understand why there was a free standing bath in the middle of my bedroom. It did have a shower attachment, but trying to have a shower in a bath in the middle of the bedroom has its challenges..
Ωραίο δωμάτιο και η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική. Επίσης, η ανταπόκριση του οικοδεσπότη σε ο,τι ζητήσαμε ήταν άμεση!
Υπήρχε μια έντονη περίεργη μυρωδιά σε όλο το χώρο του καταλύματος και στο δωμάτιο. Επίσης, βρήκαμε 2 αράχνες και το ένα χαρτί υγείας που υπήρχε ήταν ήδη χρησιμοποιημένο από κάποιον άλλον.
La ubicación era excelente! Tenía hervidor, la ducha funcionaba bien y la cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas. Muchas facilidades para check in y check out y buena atención del personal

予約時に荷物が重くて多いため下の階の部屋か、運ぶのを手伝ってほしいことをメッセージに書いてました。
お部屋はFirst floor(日本で言う2階)で、スーツケースは男性スタッフが運んでくださいました。すごく助かりました、ありがとうございました。チェックアウトの際も違う点でメッセージしてたのですが、荷物のことを声かけてくださって再度手伝っていただきました。
メッセージの返信もすごく早いのでよかったです。
お部屋も充分な広さでスーツケース２つ一緒に広げられるスペースあります。そして綺麗で可愛らしいお部屋です。
2泊だと割安だったのでコスパよかったです。
寒い。ヒーターの使い方がわかりにくかったです。
日本から来られる方はティッシュとスリッパ持ってくることをお勧めします。
The location was great - very close to a lot of key spots for tourists (Westminster Abbey, Big Ben). The room was also more spacious than expected, we had plenty of room for the two of us. There was also no shortage of food options within a ~15 minute walk, which was great!
The check-in process was a little confusing at first. We were staying at the Bower House, but the check-in actually took place at the Georgian House just around the corner. This was very easy and straightforward, but it caught us off guard at first.
The location is amazing, plus even as a solo travel you get a room with a window, a kettle, a safe and everything you need.
There was a lot of noice from other guests.
The mattress is too soft and not much comfortable.
Unfortunately they charge a hold of 20£ without informing you in advance and it takes ages to get it back.
