I had a great stay overall
Pros:

The hotel was nice and had great amenities.The staff were nice as well.

Cons:

It had additional fees for parking and incidentals I wasn’t expecting.

Disappointing. The staff were also very slow and unhelpful

The room was very spacious, clean and modern

Cons:

We booked a one bedroom suite. However, the room was not a suite, just a big room. I asked at the front desk and they said that all the rooms were like that. Very misleading.

Pros:

The hotel was nice and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The television in the room had a glitch in it .We could not watch it because it was going in and out . I called down stairs and I was told that they didn't have any other rooms available.After turning the air down you could smell mildew in the room. The only way not to small the mildew was to keep the air around 70 and that's freezing. The stay was not good at all .We will not stay there again

Glad I chose SpingHill
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. My room was consistently well maintained, and the gym was well equipped for a hotel. I would be happy to stay here again when visiting the area.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, and the quiche tasted very good; however, a bit more variety or rotation in the offerings would be appreciated from time to time.
