La ubicación es muy buena, a 4 cuadras de la zona de andadores, puedes llegar caminando. El diseño del hotel es hermoso, es un hotel pequeño y bonito que se nota que es nuevo. La cama es muy cómoda. En el baño todo muy bien, te ofrecen lo que necesitas y de buena calidad.
Además en la habitación te dejan un cobertor extra por si tienes frío.
Las personas en encargadas del servicio son excelentes.

Cons:

Solamente sugiero unas buenas almohadas porque las que nos tocaron estaban muy planas

Belle décoration originale de la chambre, mais c’est un trou à rat.

Cons:

Hall de réception sans lumière très sombre.
Accueil déplorable, la personne nous a fait attendre plus de vingt minutes et s’est décidée à nous donner la clef après que nous aillons manifesté notre impatience en haussant le ton.
Chambre humide sentant la moisissure . Pas de lumière naturelle et éclairage très faible, impossible de lire. Wifi faible voir inexistante. Nous avons eu froid dans la chambre
Au vu de notre vécu, nous ne pouvons pas donner une bonne note

I got a room with a very nice view of the city and mountains but I think there is only room like this . the rest are facing an inner court. and don't have a view. I requested for a a room with a view by writing to the hotel few days before my arrival in and I got it, which was nice of the stuff and I appreciate it location was good but involved around 10 minutes walk from the main squere. stuff was nice and polite but don't speak english

Cons:

my room had many windows , good views, and plenty of natural light but none of the windows could be opened and in the bathroom there was no window at all. for ventilation I had to open the door. wi fi was not always good
