El lugar es limpio, el personal muy amable, solo tomar en cuenta que contra esquina está una palapa bar que tiene grupo en vivo y se escucha muy fuerte en las habitaciones

La ubicación no era la esparada pero eso no es importante lo más terrible fue el trato al llegar, cero amabilidad solo queríamos descansar y no nos dejaron pasar ala habitación tal fue mi disgusto que preferí abandonar el lugar perdiendo mi dinero pagado, jamás volveré a ese lugar ni lo recomendaría nunca

Toda la estancia estuvo muy bien, cómoda y el personal siempre muy amable y servicial. Lo único que no me gustó fué que al llegar me pidieron deposito de $500 pesos que nunca se especificó en los términos de la página, le comenté a la recepcionista que es importante que se pongan en los términos para que el usuario pueda tomar en cuenta eso.

Staff was very nice specially cook and made brenda was very nice and acomadating except for receptionnist was very rude needs education in costumer service. We would hand her our cards or cash and she would throw or slide things back didnt let us know when we were done with transactions amd just rude. Hotel room was very clean and nice except for AC when we turn it on it smell like viniger and smell didnt go away so we didnt turn on it on also internet was very slow. Hotel is still under construction can bear a saw early in the morning amd didnt stop on weekends got woken up everyday 730 or 8am even on weekend days.

Todo bien sirve de descanso y tiene una tiendita con postres deliciosos, las habitaciones están limpias. Olvidamos el depósito y nos lo transfirieron amablemente

No dan reembolso incluso cuando por equivocacion hice la reserva por tres semanas antes

I did not stay - the rooms were nothing like the one advertised in the website...they were dark, windows were covered and access through a grimy back alley. The frontage of the hotel looked great but the photos of the rooms misleading.

Difícil poder dormir

Esta en construcción el inmueble y se ponen a trabjar dd 8pm a 1am... enfrente de las habitaciones, con sierras y taldros... tuve que salir a quejarme y el dueño respondio...pues regresenle su dinero casi a las 10pm.
No lo recomiendo para nada.

Accesible y práctico

Horrible avoid !! I can’t believe hotels.com had this as an option and after I booked a 2night stay I only stayed 1night and left first thing in the morning when being woken up by drilling and construction in th the very same room I was tried to be acomodares in the day before that had a horrendous stench of pee and human feces and you could tell they tried to cover it up with fabulosos cleaner. Then the room that we got placed in had no water for the rest of my evening so obviously those were not conditions for any person going on vacation. I immediately informed hotels .com and still haven’t gotten a refund do to “ strict cancellation rules” well how about the name you up hold to secure bookings and to keep up your side of the bargain when having such disgustion hotels on your website !
