Temiz ve samimi

Şirin minnacık bir yer, gereken herşey odada mevcut, temtemiz biraz gürültü ama Kaliçi beklenen bir durum.

Güler yüzlü ve ilgili çalışanlarıyla oldukça keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Sadece bir gece ailemle kaldık ve her açıdan memnun ayrıldık. Tuvalet ve banyo son derece temizdi, çarşaflar ve havlular tertemizdi. Sabah serpme kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, özellikle pişiler çok lezzetliydi. Tüm çalışanlara emekleri için teşekkür ederiz.

Villa Lotus Konukevi conveniently located in Kale içi, Sığacık. There are 3 rooms, located on the second floor. Rooms were very clean, small but comfortable. Location is perfect for many dining options and shopping. Highly recommend it!

Oda tasarım olarak güzel dizayn edilmiş ancak yatak konusunda çok başarısızdı.
Batacak derecede sivri yaylı yataklar mevcut acilen değiştirilmesi lazım.

The hotel is a little guesthouse situated in a very nice cittadelle in Sığacık.
The staff is very kind, but unfortunately they speak very little English and they don’t provide some basics hotel services that you normally find in lower range hotels
When I arrived, they welcomed me warmly but they weren’t aware about my reservation. After I showed them my reservation, they gave me a room. The room was very nice, with new furniture and spacious shower. The bed was not that comfortable
The safe was broken and when I asked them to fix it, they weren’t even aware that it was broken for a long time. When the guy opened the batteries box, the batteries were oxidised !
They told me that they could not fix it because it was Bayram holidays and there was no available technician to fix it.
The guesthouse has a little garden inside, with tables and chairs but they told me that it was not accessible because their dog was living there…
On the internet I saw some good feedbacks about breakfast, but when I asked them, they told me that they didn’t serve it and it was better to have breakfast somewhere else.
They don’t even provide body wash bottles, just shampoo !
Last point, the cleaning service ! After few days that they didn’t clean up my room, I asked them and they told me if I wanted to have my room cleaned up I had to ask them before and drop them my room keys…
I don’t recommend this guesthouse if you are staying more than 1 night, especially if you don’t speak Turkish !

Çok tatlı bir mekan, odalar temiz, otelin sahibi hanımefendi çok kibar ve güleryüzlü, hele ki kahvaltıdaki el yapımı reçelleri çok lezzetliydi, tüm arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edeceğim.
