Great place to stay if you are taking a boat trip the next day.
Pros:

Large spacious unit with separate bedroom and sofa bed in main room was ideal for 3 people. Very clean, beds were comfy, water, tea and coffee supplied. Location is great in as far as it is right in the heart of Labuan Bajo close to harbour, so easy to explore the town and get to the harbour the next day to start our boat trip. Downside is that it is extremely noisy at night, the hotel even provides earplugs to help you sleep!

Cons:

All rooms in the hotel are facing a very noisy street. Rooms look old and filthy, dirty cups, very grey overused towel, hairdryer only on demand and it also looks old and filthy. WiFi is pretty much non-existent. No breakfast in the hotel. Hotel is terribly overpriced for what it has to offer.

Beautiful apartment in great location
Pros:

Fantastic location close to the port and all the restaurants and shops. Very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Good price.

Cons:

You can hear a bit the noise from the busy street. But it was not too bad.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Personal, das uns bei jeder Frage weiterhelfen konnte. Auch die Zimmer waren völlig in Ordnung.

Für die Nacht werden auf den Zimmern sogar Ohrenstöpsel bereitgelegt, da der Verkehrslärm von außen teilweise deutlich bis ins Zimmer zu hören ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch sehr praktisch, da die Komodo-Touren von dort aus starten beziehungsweise der Startpunkt nicht weit entfernt ist.

Cons:

Das Gebäude liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, weshalb es teilweise recht laut sein kann. Der Pool ist mit einem Restaurant verbunden, in dem die Regel gilt, dass man nicht in Badehose, Bikini oder ähnlicher Badekleidung herumlaufen darf. Das konnten wir persönlich nicht ganz nachvollziehen.

Perfect place to stay while doing day trips to the national park
Pros:

The location is perfect! Really close to the port for boat tours and dive trips, as well as to restaurants.

Cons:

There can be a lot of outside noise in the room, especially in the evenings. The bathroom had a bad smell on and off.
