Pros:

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Es ist der perfekte Ort eine Komodo Tour zu machen, hier in der Umgebung gibt es viel Auswahl von verscheidenen Agenturen.

Cozy rooms close to harbor and to all the nice restaurants..
Pros:

Nice big rooms in the heart of Labuanbajo. Beautiful decorations. Small pool and nice view from the rooftop

Cons:

It would be nice if there was option for breakfast included

Great location, amazing team, right in the middle of the action
Pros:

We flew in just for a couple of nights, location amazing, everything is walking distance as you're on the main street.

Cons:

Got a bit noisy in the evenings as so e of the night life kicked off, but we were warned by the team before booking, it was fine!

Pros:

The room size, kettle, well functioning air conditioning and proximity to the main area. You can hear music from the bar downstairs but we didn't mind, it's hard to find somewhere completely silent in Flores. It also means you're close to lots of nice bars and restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pillows were good!

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and spacious rooms if you have a suite. The suite includes a large fridge and a complete kitchen with cutlery, pots , pans, plates, microwave, etc. I was on the 3rd floor, so you do not have much noise from the surroundings busy street. You have a good harbor view on the 3rd floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They only have simple a la carte breakfast...

Pros:

Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya luas dan bersih, restaurant yang di rekomendasikan di rooftop dan Altomare sangat enak. Lokasinya strategis. Semua yang kita butuhkan ada di tempat ini mulai dari pelabuhan, travel agent, souvenirs, pantai. Tidak sabar untuk mengunjungi tempat ini lagi.

Great small hotel experience.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, nice room, clean and great upkeep service. Great location for doing the tours (you will get picked up a bit later, so no rush in the morning). Nice supplementary kettle coffe and fridge.

Cons:

Common area doesn’t really exsist and “the pool” is super weird to use as it is basically in a restaurant… but hey, you come for the tours. Would love to have a balcony in the room as well.

Poor noise isolation & extremely slow WiFi
Pros:

staff are friendly

Cons:

WiFi is extremely slow, hotel is located in a busy street with very poor noise isolation system. So many motor bike & car noise from outside. Upper floor and lower floor is separated by a paper wall, so many chair pull noise and cause me hard to fall in sleep every night.
