Facilities are quite old, and the toilet was running constantly, but the staff were great and very accommodating.

Absolutely loved our very cozy 2 week stay as we transitioned to long-term residents in Jakarta. Location is SUPER convenient with easy access to major city areas, malls and transport lines. Almost all amenities in the vicinity within walking distance. The hotel price was very reasonable as well. Mr. Vincent and his staff, Ms. Via, Mr. Roni, Mr. Suhadi, and Mr. Nawir were extremely accommodating and supportive during our entire stay. When my husband was unwell they went the extra mile, literally, to help us find some medication immediately and they were very kind and caring. We will definitely recommend this hotel, especially this boutique type Artotel branch at Casa Hang Tuah in South Jakarta to anyone visiting (short or long term)

It is our 1st time to stay here. The hotel feel so confortable like our home. SO HOMEY. The room so nice tidy and clean. The area need the downtown ( senayan city mall, al azhar mosque the blok M area) . The staff so friendly. Thank you kak adel, kak via, for choosing us the nice view. Then the chef for making us the breakfast, delicious also pak security so kind. ALL the staff have a good manner. We feel like our 2nd Home. I will came bck again. INSYA ALLAH.

We had a great stay at the Artotel Chang tuah. The people are so kind! They make you feel at home and provided us with great local food (chicken sateh and delicious soups) and everything else we needed. The room was beautifully decorated and has a comfy bed. Also a very nice pool. A great experience!

staying here for a night with my friends at 5-6 march and really have a wonderful night. the staff is really helpful. mr vincent and mr rahmat really help me when i have to check in and give me and full explanation. the room is really big yet cozy. i got this room that got a direct access to a pool. and when i have to check out ms nurul was really helping me yet so polite. even the security is really make sure my driver is coming. will come again since its kinda a hidden in jakarta, yet i feel like im not in Jakarta

Recently stay here from Friday 11 March - Sunday 13 March. Great location in the Heart of Jakarta.
The best 3 star hotel ever in Jakarta. Affordable price with very spacious room and the amenities very complete. Beautiful swimming pool similar to 5 star hotel and they have Gym as well. Totally surprised with the private butler services because I am not staying in 5 star hotel. Personalized luxury service from Vincent as a Hotel Manager and His team member Nurul, Rahmat, Rizal, Aminudin also not to forget the security team in the lobby Maryadi and Suhadi. Home away from home concept and feels like home. This hotel will be my first choice next time if I want to do a short escape from home. For sure it's a Hidden Gem in Jakarta
