ESTUPENDO TRABAJO DEL PERSONAL Y GESTION DEL HOTEL
Pros:

Lo mejor la atención del personal, anticipándose y añadiendo muy buenas sugerencias tanto de restaurantes como reservas de traslados. También nos dieron un mapa muy útil de la ciudad.
Muy destacable el trabajo del equipo de limpieza, todo muy impoluto durante todos los días que estuvimos, reposición de amenities, toallas, fantástico trabajo.
Las comunicaciones con bus y metro buenas para llegar al centro.
La zona residencial, tranquila, viajaba con mi hija. Se trata de un edificio religioso con parte dedicado a hotel. Por todo ello me sentí segura en este viaje.

Pohodlné ubytování v příjemné lokalitě, rád se vrátím

Za naprosto dokonalou považuji ochotu personálu recepce a jejich vstřícnost při řešení dotazů. Ubytování bylo klidné, čisté a díky lokalitě naprosto perfektní.. Pěšky na Metro C (Porta Metronia) do 10 minut, Colosseo cca 20 minut, supermarket za rohem. Pokoj (byl jsem v jednolůžkovém Standard) vybaven dostatečně k mému pohodlí (včetně trezoru a lednice). Snídaně mi chutnaly (slané i sladké varianty včetně ovoce, všeho jsem měl dostatek). Byl jsem zde velmi spokojený, díky

Staff are super friendly and accommodating. I had multiple delays with my arrival time, but the staff kept in contact and were happy to accommodate my delays. A special mention to David for his hospitality! Excellent location, very easy to use nearby busses and metro to get around. Facilities are exactly what you need.

The room was very clean and nice, staff were great and helpful, we loved how calm and safe the area felt with great restaurants nearby. Everything was great and very Roman.

Buona posizione e accoglienza fantastica. Un’ottima colazione compresa per un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Stanza singola della giusta dimensione per me, accogliente e letto comodo.

Cons:

Non potevo regolare la temperatura dell’aria condizionata. Dalla stanza si sentivano un po’ troppo i rumori dal corridoio, ma ho riposato veramente bene.
