Ich bin seit 1989 jedes Jahr in Kreuth es hat sich einiges geändert, in Gut Matheshof haben noch meine Großeltern gelebt

Das Personal kümmert sich sehr um die Sauberkeit, habe heute kurz vor der Abreise gesehen Top, der Pool genauso ob drinnen ob draußen sauber…

Super pobyt( Giant Schnaucer)
Pros:

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, serwis pomocny, Pan Piotr z recepcji jest bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny, ciche pokoje, codzienne sprzątanie, super miejsce, byliśmy po raz drugi w związku z zawodami German CACIT 2026, i jeżeli nic nie stanie nam na przeszkodzie pojawimy się również w 2027!!!

Eine tolle Anlage, Personal ausbaufähig
Pros:

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Zimmer, eine tollen Wellness- und Fitnessbereich. Das Essen von der Karte war sehr lecker und das Personal im Restaurant super.

Cons:

Leider gab es jeden Tag Chaos an der Rezeption, das Wasser kam eine Woche lauwarm im Zimmer und bei Luftzug öffnete sich die Zimmertür von allein. Das Essen am Buffetabend war um Welten schlechter, als die Speisen von der Karte

Good accomodation, but pricey
Pros:

Spacious room, including a large sit-in shower. Very good and varied breakfast buffet. Helpful and courteous staff.

Cons:

Too expensive if you are only looking for a place to stay the night. I can't judge the wellness and spa aspects of the place; it might be worth the price then.

Pros:

Wellness Bereich neu und schön

Cons:

Kommunikation und Personal : beim Einchecken wäre etwas mehr Anweisungen hilfreich, zum Beispiel vermitteln wo das Passwort für Internet ist, etwas mehr Info über das Restaurant, etc. Das Personal war manchmal grob, man hat an der reception gewartet und die Mitarbeiterin ist einfach weg gegangen ohne mal einfach zu sagen, dass sie gleich wieder da ist. Antworten waren kurz und auf das nötigste gehalten. Im Restaurant würde man nicht wahrgenommen, für Bezahlung muss man aktiv an der Kasse gehen ( was kein Thema ist, aber man sollte es einfach kommunizieren, anstatt dass Gäste fast 20 min am Tisch warten) Man hat sich nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ich war 2 Mal in diesem Hotel und irgendwie ist das Personal nicht auf der Höhe eines 4 Sterne. Schade weil die Einrichtung echt top ist.

Leider am Morgen ein technisches Problem, kein Warmwasser und Poolwasser zu kühl. Am nächsten Tag ging's wieder
